I spent about half an hour bathing, primarily because the recent nightmare had left me drenched in sweat. Beyond that, I needed to compose myself and strategize how to confront the formidable overlords of these dungeons.
After my bath, a black Gothic Lolita outfit was laid out before me.
I felt a pang of hesitation as I looked at the clothes; from my perspective, they were far too adorable.
“Must I really wear something like this?”
“Of course, Your Highness,” Beth Daisy replied from beyond the screen. “A princess’s attire adheres to specific etiquette protocols. Please trust in the professional expertise of our maid team!”
“Hmph… Very well,” I conceded with a resigned sigh.
I suspected princesses were typically attended to naked by their maids, but I simply couldn’t bring myself to be nude before such a beautiful and mature succubus. After my insistent demands, I finally reclaimed the right to dress in privacy.
However, the outfit proved surprisingly difficult to don. After struggling into it, I stepped out and asked her for help.
At last, I was fully dressed. Truly, being a girl was such a hassle. It was a black, ruffled Gothic short dress, paired with delicate black fishnet stockings. A red rose adorned the chest, white lace peeked from the skirt’s lining, and on my feet were black high heels.
As I walked along the towering, narrow corridor, the magic crystals on either side pulsed like breathing, flickering between bright and dim. Within this cold, gloomy passageway, my memories slowly resurfaced.
I was the master of this dungeon. I gradually perceived it as a colossal beast slumbering beneath the earth, pulsating with a life of its own.
Then it struck me: I didn’t need to walk like this!
I raised my hand, noticing the ring that shimmered with a faint, purplish-rose glow. It had been on my finger all along, though I hadn’t paid it any mind.
Through this ring, I could teleport to any location within this dungeon!
With a mere thought, an ancient and potent spatial fluctuation enveloped me, drawing me into a void where time and space twisted. The sensation was unsettling, but it lasted only a moment before I returned to normal space. This time, I found myself in the grand, shadowy arena.
A wave of formidable presences immediately washed over me, instinctively putting me on alert.
I feigned composure, scanning the ancient beings arrayed before me. Yet, my hands unconsciously twisted the hem of my skirt.
Standing in the arena, facing me, were Seth, Skeleton King Leo X, and a pig-faced man over 2.5 meters tall, wielding a massive, blunt cleaver. This pig-faced individual had tusks growing downwards from his muzzle, one of which was broken. One of his arms was also wrapped in bandages. I immediately recognized him as Buqu, the guardian of the first layer. Of all the ancient powerhouses, he was the only one who didn’t exude an oppressive aura. It seemed his injuries weren’t too severe, but his demeanor was visibly downcast.
Behind these three stood a colossal black shadow, like a small mountain. Unpleasant green ancient script flickered across its surface, and countless buzzing, large flying insects swarmed around it.
I gradually discerned that it was an enormous beetle, easily ten meters long. Its six inconspicuous green eyes, however, gleamed with a necromantic aura.
This was Olajuwon Chisachekt, the Crypt Lord, guardian of the third layer.
I recalled his legend: a giant beetle from a strange island in life, who, after death, became a rare insectoid undead creature due to some lingering obsession.
I felt that this massive creature’s thick carapace could offer me excellent protection, but I preferred not to get too close unless absolutely necessary.
My sudden appearance didn’t seem to surprise these powerful dungeon overlords. Nevertheless, despite their immense strength, they bowed their heads in deference to me.
“Your Royal Highness,” Seth began, “the guardians of the other layers are also arriving in succession.”
“Your Royal Highness, why such a grand mobilization? With my, Leo X’s, protection of the second layer, those hypocritical human paladins will absolutely not set foot into the third layer!” The Skeleton King’s voice seemed to carry an ancient tremor and deep resentment.
“Indeed, I am well aware of your capabilities, Skeleton King. However, for that squad of humans who dared to injure my important general, I have no intention of merely stopping their advance. It won’t be that simple!”
“Your Royal Highness…” Buqu, the Butcher Pig-Head, seemed so moved that snot and drool streamed from his snout. “I, I failed to guard the first layer, and I’m so ugly and fat! Yet, Your Royal Highness is still willing to stand up for me, uwuwuwu! I swear I’ll chop those humans into meat paste!”
‘Hmph, merely a strong, foolish pig. Your sentiment only disgusts me!’ Yet, from my lips came a sweet, approving voice: “Buqu! You’ve worked hard. Focus on recovering, and I will give you the opportunity to reclaim your honor!”
“Your Royal Highness…!!”
Just then, the entire arena trembled as a powerful and sharp oppressive aura descended.
Crimson magical fluctuations converged, forming a blood-red gate. Rose petals, condensed from fresh blood, slowly drifted around it.
A tall woman emerged, clad in a magnificent red noble’s top and tight white trousers.
This woman was exceptionally tall, easily over 1.80 meters. Her wild, golden hair cascaded down, and beneath her open top, a black lace shirt struggled to contain a pair of voluptuous breasts that looked ready to burst the third button at any moment. Her waist was slender and powerful, her hips wide, and her legs long and agile—a fertile physique, by ordinary human standards.
The woman possessed a pair of sharp, red eyes. When they met mine, a shiver ran through me. This woman, I felt, was beyond my ability to handle.
Suriya Medici, the Vampire Countess, guardian of the fourth to sixth layers. She wielded extraordinary and terrifying power, making her the strongest solo combatant in my dungeon.
Now, this premier general of mine approached me without a hint of regard for my princess’s dignity, until my gaze was almost level with her chest.
‘Annoying! She’s a vampire, yet she smells so good. And her body seems to radiate heat! So different from my own cool, soft form. Even though I’ve become a girl, standing before her, I feel I still have so much to learn about the secrets of women.’
‘As fellow girls, why is there such a vast difference between us?’
“Little Princess Coolie, long time no see.” Suriya’s voice was casual, yet impossible to ignore. “Mmhmm, that outfit is truly adorable on you. It suits you perfectly.”
“Eh? Really?” I spread my arms, tilting my head back and standing on tiptoes to look at her, my face unconsciously flushing.
‘Annoying! Why am I blushing?! Hmph, this must be an instinctive reaction of the princess’s body, it has nothing to do with me!’
Suriya seemed to be breathing heavily, her cheeks flushed. Her fingers gently pinched my face; her touch was soft, yet compared to my cheeks, they felt firm.
“Mmm—hmm! So, so comfortable!” Suriya murmured, twisting her radiating body as she pinched my face.
What was wrong with Suriya? Pinching a fellow female loli’s face while looking so aroused!
“Little Princess Coolie, you’re still as adorable as ever! Your tiny face, tiny hands, slender legs, and… your petite, exquisite chest…” As Suriya spoke, her hand naturally moved towards my chest.
I leaped back as if shocked, covering my chest. “…Suriya, if you truly wish to compliment me, please refrain from mentioning my chest! Now, please take your place with the others!”
“Mmm… Little Princess Coolie, you’re actually commanding me like this. I…” Suriya’s face was flushed, her breath like orchids. “I really want to obey!”
With that, she obediently swayed her hips and walked to stand beside the other great guardians.
Huff, I sighed softly, feeling a bit helpless. I truly couldn’t handle this kind of woman.
Just then, the ground shook once more, and a colossal black Minotaur appeared, carrying a giant axe. His dark face bore eyes that were perpetually curved upwards, giving him a somewhat comical appearance.
This was the Eighth Layer Guardian: Grimaxe the Taunt, King of the Minotaurs!
I didn’t know much about this Minotaur, but he was undeniably a mysterious and powerful entity.
It seemed the guardian of the seventh layer was still missing, but I intentionally ignored this. My memories contained no relevant information, and questioning it abruptly might raise suspicion.
I surveyed these formidable guardians. The presence of one female in the group made me feel somewhat reassured. I took a deep breath and declared, “Then, let us commence our war council!”
