Qing Zixi held an arrow like a Wild West cowboy, riding her hellish horse into the bushes to conceal herself.
Luoluo, also armed with a bow and arrows, crouched beside her. Her bow, however, was darker—its base a deep purple-black.
The soldiers from both sides had already converged in the middle, locked in battle. Amidst the fray, Qing Zixi and Luoluo spotted two little dwarves approaching the center of the battlefield.
A dog, and a dwarf mage wearing a hat who could buff all his teammates. They were like protagonists from a novel—capable of destroying heaven and earth in the late game, but for now, they were merely talented yet undeveloped brats.
“Ha!”
A volley of arrows mixed with several icy crystal arrows rained down, contaminating the ground beneath the two’s feet, making every step difficult.
Even though they were on guard, they still took the full force of Qing Zixi and Luoluo’s arrows. At the same moment, the two girls burst out from the bushes, drew their bows, and let loose—anything within range was to be killed without mercy!
“Damn it!”
Before they could retaliate, they saw their health bars had already dropped by a third. Just as they thought to coordinate with their own soldiers to attack Qing Zixi and Luoluo, the two girls turned and dove back into the bushes, disappearing from sight.
The dwarf mage wanted to place his detection totem in the bushes, but at that moment, the two figures emerged like ghosts again, their arrows landing squarely on him.
“Not good! We can’t hold them off! Fall back!”
Back and forth, Qing Zixi and Luoluo had taken no damage at all, but the enemy had been struck by multiple arrows and had to retreat under their tower, bitterly losing the gold and experience from killing minions.
“Hurry, come quick! We can’t hold on!”
“Coming, just let me hit level three!”
The bottom lane called for the jungler who was hunting monsters in the jungle. He was at his last camp, using his pig head to pound the rock golem, but Qing Zixi’s jungler was already in position. Xiao Er’s head was clearly marked with a ‘2’, proving he had only killed one camp before rushing to the bottom lane.
At that moment, under Qing Zixi’s lead, the minions entered the tower, enduring the painful red laser beams, sacrificing themselves willingly for victory.
“Charge!”
Xiao Er, wielding his charged iron fist, burst out from the fog of war, then flew forward with lightning speed. His fist slammed into Pup’s face, and then he headed for the mage.
At the same time, Qing Zixi and Luoluo drew their bows. They had already reached level two, while the enemy was still level one. With the advantage in levels and numbers, the two enemies were effortlessly shot dead by Qing Zixi and Luoluo. Xiao Er, however, couldn’t escape either and fell under the tower.
At this point, Pighead finally arrived, late to the scene. Looking at his teammates’ corpses, he could only stand helplessly at a distance, soaking up the experience from the dying minions.
“D-Damn, why didn’t you come earlier?”
“Didn’t you say you could hold them off? I planned to come at level three so we wouldn’t lose anything?”
“Sigh, forget it!”
The enemy clearly knew they were in the wrong for the level-one mistake. Besides, this was in-game—if they started arguing, it would mean they’d already lost.
But now, the bottom half of Pighead’s jungle was empty. He rode his pig, huffing and puffing, to the top side, only to hear his teammates’ cries again.
“What? How are they still there?”
The two hadn’t even made it to the tower before they were intercepted on the way. A heavy fist burst from the bushes, smashing into Pup’s face from the flank. Qing Zixi and Luoluo pressed forward directly, trapping the enemy in the corridor between the two towers and relentlessly hunting them down.
Pighead was miles away from the bottom lane. The two enemies flashed to retreat under the second tower, but the other side flashed to follow, and they died again.
“Sigh!”
The leader, a slightly chubby guy with glasses, slammed the table hard, collapsed into his chair, biting his finger, not knowing what to do.
“Don’t let up! We can’t break our offensive rhythm. If we give them a chance to breathe, we’ll lose!”
Even after securing four kills in a row, Qing Zixi didn’t forget to remind her team.
Because if this lineup didn’t take three or four kills from the enemy, it would be equivalent to losing. Qing Zixi had entered the game with negative kills; before doing anything, she was already down three or four kills. Now she had just barely caught up.
Meanwhile, because the enemy’s top and mid chose protective champions, they were being heavily suppressed by Xiao Yi and Xiao San. So Pighead didn’t even dare to enter Xiao Er’s jungle, even though he was ahead of Xiao Er.
“D-Damn, this is so frustrating!”
The enemy riding the pig looked at the enemy jungle, sighing in frustration. If he dared to set foot there, Xiao Yi and Xiao San would surely pincer him.
“Ah! Forget it. We’ll wait for teamfights!”
And so, the enemy was heavily suppressed by Qing Zixi’s team, barely able to breathe. Especially the bottom lane, even though Pighead frequently came to help, he only wasted his own development time. By the twentieth minute, Qing Zixi’s team held the buffs of two elemental dragons. They summoned a terrifying void-born creature that looked like an insect in the mid lane, then grouped into the dragon pit to kill the third dragon for its buff.
This was an open conspiracy. If the enemy tried to contest, the void creature would smash through the first tower and then head straight for the second. Besides, they were definitely outmatched in a fight. They had to humiliatingly give up the third dragon, watch their first tower get destroyed, and then Pup vented all his anger on the void creature, spitting mucus to kill it. The team retreated to the second tower.
Then came the enemy’s relentless pressure. Pighead now dared not enter the jungle at all, because any bush could be hiding the two sharpshooters. He could only stand humiliatingly beside Pup, helplessly watching him eat wave after wave of minions, hoping that Pup could bring hope to the team in a desperate situation.
Because in five minutes, the game’s outcome would be decided. Although this lineup had the potential for a comeback in desperate situations, if the enemy collected all four elemental dragon buffs and obtained the Dragon Soul, they might not be able to resist…
And of all things, it was the most brutal Fire Dragon Soul. Seriously!
‘Every losing game gives the enemy the most violent dragon soul.’
‘Why don’t you just spawn a Void Dragon? You might as well just delete our base!’
Four and a half minutes later, Pighead, under immense pressure, cautiously moved forward after the dwarf mage put a shield on him. The other teammates followed behind, vigilant of the unknown risks ahead…
