Chapter 0(Prologue): I’m back on Earth

I hate cults.
My parents gave all their possessions to a cult.
That was when I was five.
Fast forward to when I entered elementary school.
But I couldn’t fit in with anyone.
The kids seemed to know shockingly well about my family’s situation, and because of that, I was bullied and ostracized for having parents in a cult… and for being homeless.
Then one day, my so-called parents tried to sell me off because they had no more money to give.
Having overheard their plan, I immediately ran away, and from that point on, I was on my own.
The cold streets were too harsh for a young child, but somehow, if I kept my wits about me, I managed to survive.
That’s my story before entering high school.
As time went on, I eventually became an adult, and on one of those days when I was working tirelessly to make a living, I collapsed and died while drinking cola at home.
The cause? Probably overwork.
It was on my 29th birthday.
…And that was the story of my past life.
In this new world I was born into, there were two things different from the world I knew.
The first was that this world was a fantasy world, not Earth.
The second was that I was a woman.
“Q-Quiet down…!”
Bang!
And now, I have become an inquisitor in this world.
“…Huh?”
On my 15th birthday, I returned to Earth.
