Great news, I have a new book!
It’s titled ‘The Scummy Saintess is Pretending to Be Good Today’.
It’s actually been uploaded for a few days now, so you can all dive right into a good chunk of it.
This time, it’s a comedic fantasy.
Readers accustomed to my usual saintly protagonists might find this heroine a bit ‘scummy’ and prone to causing trouble, but I assure you, as you delve deeper into the story, you’ll discover a different side to her.
Do check it out if you’re interested.

On another note, I never wrote a concluding reflection for this previous book, so allow me to do so now—
It was a monumental failure!
As I wrote this book, I found myself increasingly mired in a swamp of ideas, ultimately forcing me to hastily conclude it.
My sincerest apologies for not being able to provide all my esteemed readers with a satisfying experience, and I truly regret it.
In truth, this book was an attempt to mend a long-standing regret.
It was a concept I had conceived over a decade ago, even before I penned ‘The Path of the Saintess’.
I had thoroughly planned it in 2014, but unfortunately, my hard drive crashed, and all my drafts were lost, preventing its release at the time.
It was only later that I went on to write ‘The Path of the Saintess,’ which became one of my representative works.
This historical context explains why the book’s various settings and plot developments might feel somewhat dated or clichéd.
Initially, this wasn’t too problematic.
Some of the original plotlines for this work were quite similar to those in ‘The Path of the Saintess’.
However, due to my ‘author’s purism’—my aversion to repeating myself—I deliberately steered clear of similar narratives.
The consequence was that I found myself dancing within an outdated framework, ultimately leading me into a dead end.
As I progressed, the narrative became increasingly challenging to develop, to the point where I simply couldn’t continue writing.
For this, I am truly sorry.
Given that writing the latter half of this book felt like having a fishbone stuck in my throat, and the overall tone became rather heavy, my new book takes a decidedly more cheerful direction.
It’s certainly quite humorous.
Some might say the style of the new book is entirely different.
This stems from a comment someone made while I was writing the previous book: ‘Another similar heroine?’
SO, I decided to craft a character who, at first glance, appears different, but in reality, turns out to be quite similar after all, haha.
I suppose that makes me a master of the ‘Saintess’ genre.
Nevertheless, on the whole, the heroine of the new book is still a ‘good child’.
Even if her heart harbors ‘scummy’ intentions, as long as she maintains the facade, pretending her entire life, whether alone or in company, then she is, without a doubt, a good child, wouldn’t you agree?
Finally, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all my readers for your continuous support.
