Xie Yuyan was seized by such mortification at this moment; her misfortune, it seemed, was far greater.
All she wished for was to continue battling, utterly deaf to any other sound.

Meanwhile, Yan Yun’s combat unfolded in a remarkably peculiar manner.
Indeed, the very ground beneath their feet, where they clashed, began to tremble.
“Hahaha, it’s so itchy.”
“It’s so cold.”
“It’s so hot.”
“Wuwuwu, I want to cry so badly.”
Each of the poisoned cultivators exhibited reactions that were at once laughable and exasperating.
Remarkably, Yan Yun had achieved this feat solely through her own poison cultivation, without resorting to any external aid.
“Come, let’s continue,” Yan Yun declared, as a noxious aura of various poisonous energies emanated from her hands, causing the scalps of all onlookers to tingle with unease.
They had initially assumed Yan Yun merely relied on external forces to assert her dominance, but it was now undeniably clear that this was not the case.
Yan Yun’s poison cultivation technique was genuinely formidable, boasting a vast array of types; each person who succumbed had been afflicted by a unique poison, though, regrettably, due to the rules, Yan Yun had yet to unleash her most potent toxins.
“Damn it, how can this woman’s poison cultivation technique be so utterly formidable, a concept entirely distinct from anyone else’s?” The instigators, realizing they had no desire to be eliminated in this round, began to retreat.
Advancing individually offered no hope of victory, and if they were to attack en masse, Yan Yun would simply refuse to engage.
What, then, was the purpose of lingering here, merely squandering their precious time?
“Hey, don’t leave! Keep going!” Yan Yun cried out, her voice echoing as she watched the cultivators steadily retreating.
Yet, to her dismay, not a single soul heeded her words.
“Hmph! When I refrain from using poison, you dismiss me as incompetent; yet, when I do, you become displeased. It’s truly a difficult predicament,” Yan Yun lamented, a helpless expression on her face.
“The Pavilion Master is mighty! With her poison cultivation technique unleashed, all heroes retreat!”
“Pavilion Master, I am willing to declare you the strongest in poison cultivation!”
“Strongest in poison cultivation? I believe our Pavilion Master should be hailed as the Ancestor of Poison Dao, the Poison King!” The disciples of Purple Abyss Pavilion, watching Yan Yun single-handedly force back such a multitude, could barely contain their excitement, as if they themselves had triumphed over these adversaries.
Hearing the fervent praises of her disciples behind her, Yan Yun found herself feeling a touch bashful.
“Cough, cough, that’s quite enough. If you continue with such lavish praise, I might just blush.”
The poison cultivators from other regions, observing Yan Yun’s prowess, gazed at her with eyes brimming with awe and admiration.
“As expected of the Heavenly Poison Maiden’s successor, her mastery of poison cultivation is undoubtedly far superior to our own. Alas, if only it were possible, I would eagerly join the Yunhua Sect and follow her,” remarked a poison cultivator from another faction, their face etched with envy.
Though many of them had successfully cultivated their own poison techniques, they were largely unwelcome within their respective sects, with fellow disciples often viewing them as anomalies.
After watching them depart, Yan Yun’s gaze abruptly sharpened, locking onto the contingent from the Lin family.
“Oh, isn’t that Senior Sister Lin Zi? Are you departing so soon? Don’t you intend to come up and ‘play’ with me?” Yan Yun called out, her voice carrying across the field.
The moment Lin Zi’s ears caught that voice, her retreat became even more frantic.
While Yan Yun might have allowed other factions to escape, she had no intention of sparing anyone from the Lin family.
For it was the Lin family who had first incited her wrath, and as for factions like the Azure Nether Sect, with whom she harbored an inherent enmity, she could at least comprehend their motivations.
Having spoken, Yan Yun swiftly gave chase, positioning herself directly in front of the Lin family cultivators.
“Don’t rush off, let’s have some fun, shall we?” Yan Yun asked, a cheerful laugh escaping her lips.
Lin Zi and her companions’ faces instantly fell. They glanced desperately towards the cultivators from other factions, only to find not a single one willing to offer assistance.
“Yan Yun, what is the meaning of this? We are fellow disciples! Do you truly intend to attack your own kin before such a multitude?” Lin Zi demanded, her face contorted with anger.
Yan Yun, however, merely chuckled in response.
“Hahaha, so now you recall our shared discipleship? Yet, when you allied with those others to corner me earlier, you showed no regard for the sect’s reputation, did you? Enough of this idle chatter; allow me to present you with a small gift.”
Yan Yun lifted her hand, and from within her, virulent toxins surged forth, coalescing into a swirling cloud of poison above the heads of Lin Zi and her group, which then unleashed a torrent of countless pink poison needles.
The poison needles rained down like a deadly shower, leaving Lin Zi and her companions with no escape route; they could only activate their defensive artifacts to withstand the onslaught.
As inner disciples of the Yunhua Sect, Lin Zi and her group possessed certain countermeasures, and they swiftly conjured defensive artifacts to shield themselves.
However, other Lin family cultivators in the Cavern Heaven Realm fared far worse; they could only offer a brief resistance before the poison needles perforated them, turning them into veritable hornet’s nests.
Upon penetrating their flesh, the poison needles instantly dissolved into potent toxins, infiltrating their bodies.
“Ah? It’s so uncomfortable, what’s wrong with me, what kind of poison is this?”
The poisoned members of the Lin family swiftly descended into a state of profound disorientation.
They swayed erratically, their vision blurring before them, and after a moment of hazy perception, they all appeared to be gripped by vivid hallucinations.
“Ah, it’s so hot, I’m dying!” exclaimed one Lin family disciple, who then abruptly tore off all his clothes and began to streak naked through the air.
This spectacle caused the surrounding cultivators to inadvertently cry out in astonishment, some even in embarrassment.
“I am a fish, swimming, swimming.”
“Woof woof woof.”
“Awoo…”
The poisoned members of the Lin family, as if transformed into beasts, began to reveal their true, grotesque forms.
Lin Zi and the un-poisoned survivors watched as the afflicted Lin family members exposed their hideous states, their faces contorted in expressions of profound disgust.
“Yan Yun, this was your doing?” Lin Zi bristled, her composure shattering.
Not only Lin Zi, but also Lin Xiong and the others observing the battle from a platform within the Immortal Alliance, were absolutely incensed.
“Yan Yun! Yan Yun! My Lin family vows to kill you!” Lin Xiong roared incessantly, his gaze fixed on the unfolding scene.

As for Yan Yun, having concluded her business, she immediately soared towards the Lin family’s encampment, intent on assisting her mother.
Su Muyu, Yan Kun, and Yan Xia were beginning to be overwhelmed under the relentless assault of the Lin family members.
“Seventh Mother, I believe we should withdraw. There are simply too many of them, and this onslaught is endless,” Yan Kun gasped, panting heavily.
Su Muyu merely cast a disdainful glance his way.
“Who told you to join the fun? Now you want to retreat? Isn’t it too late?”
The Lin family cultivators, their eyes blazing with malice, glared fiercely at Su Muyu and her companions.
“You three have eliminated so many from our Lin family; you can forget about advancing today! Everyone, make sure these three are eliminated!” roared a young Lin family cultivator in the Spirit Transformation Realm.
Yet, no sooner had the words left their lips than a chilling, sharp voice echoed from directly behind them.
“Then I will eliminate all of your Lin family members first.”
The moment she uttered those words, a venomous serpent, coalesced from pure toxins, roared as it lunged towards them.
The Lin family cultivators barely registered its presence before the venomous serpent pierced through them in an instant; any member of the Lin family touched by its toxic energy immediately rolled their eyes and plummeted from the sky.
“Yan Yun? Is that truly you? How is this possible?” Several high-level Lin family cultivators cried out in profound shock upon seeing Yan Yun’s arrival.
They had assumed Yan Yun was being held back, never imagining she would escape and come to trouble the Lin family.
Her formidable power was something they knew all too well.
“Run!” Those who had evaded the snake’s attack bolted without a second thought.
But Yan Yun would not let them escape; she pursued and poisoned each and every one, bringing them down.
Ultimately, only those Lin family members who had joined other sects remained.
“It’s over, it’s all over,” cried Lin Xiong and the others outside the arena, feeling as though their world had collapsed at the sight of so many Lin family members being eliminated.

Having accomplished all this, Yan Yun cast a glance at Lin Mo, who sat unmoving within the Tiangang formation.
Lin Mo remained utterly unresponsive, eyes closed in deep contemplation.
She knew Lin Mo was the root of all this evil, and she would certainly deal with this fellow.
If not for the fact that he was from the Yunhua Sect, she would definitely have dealt with him already.
Sensing a hostile gaze, Lin Mo abruptly opened his eyes and looked towards Yan Yun.
His expression was cold and detached, as if Yan Yun’s elimination of the Lin family had nothing to do with him.
After their gazes met for a moment, Lin Mo suddenly offered Yan Yun a deeply wicked and unsettling smile.
At that smile, goosebumps erupted across Yan Yun’s skin.
‘Ugh… what a twisted smile. What exactly are the side effects of this guy’s poison cultivation? He feels like a completely different person.’
Since Lin Mo refused to make the first move, Yan Yun found herself without immediate recourse.
“Mother, let’s go help Yao’er,” Yan Yun said.
Su Muyu nodded, immediately following Yan Yun as they flew towards the Azure Nether Sect’s position.
“Hey? Third Sister, after two years, you see your elder brother and sister, and you don’t even greet us? Are you just leaving?” Yan Kun called out in a hurry.
Yan Yun immediately turned and gave Yan Kun a massive eye-roll, simultaneously tossing four Cavern Heaven Realm puppets to Yan Kun and Yan Xia.
“These are Cavern Heaven Realm puppets. Once activated, they can unleash the full combat power of a Cavern Heaven Realm cultivator, each comparable to a Great Perfection Spirit Transformation Realm cultivator. You each take two; I have other matters to attend to, so I won’t chat with you any longer.”
Yan Kun, seeing the four puppets Yan Yun threw, momentarily fumbled to catch them all.
By the time they had secured the puppets, Yan Yun and Su Muyu had already flown far away.
“Second Brother, these? These are far too precious, aren’t they? From what I know, puppets of this caliber cost hundreds of thousands each,” Yan Xia remarked, looking at the puppets before her with astonishment.
Yan Kun watched Yan Yun fly off, letting out another sigh.
“That arrogant girl, ever since childhood, she’s truly not cute at all.”
After his sigh, Yan Kun returned to the Yan family’s camp with the other two puppets, handing them to his two younger sisters.
“Here, take these. Third Sister asked me to give them to you. Cavern Heaven Realm puppets, when fully activated, can unleash the combat power of a normal Great Perfection Spirit Transformation Realm cultivator.”
Yan Kun explained.
Yan Shi and Yan Ning, receiving the puppets, were both stunned.
They had never seen such treasures before.
Yan Yun and Su Muyu had now arrived at Jiang Yao’s location.
The moment they appeared, a young man from the Azure Nether Sect, who had been meditating with closed eyes, suddenly opened them and looked towards Yan Yun and Su Muyu.
“What, do you truly believe my Azure Nether Sect has no one?”
As he opened his eyes, a powerful aura surged forth, and an intensely strong current of lightning energy slowly emanated from his body.
Even Jiang Yao instinctively ceased her battle, turning her gaze towards him.
