[Title: KR’s Final Batch, 11th-Generation Yuwol Overview]
First off, as all of you Märchen fans already know, the 11th generation marked Märchen’s first-ever solo debut.
This is unprecedented, not just in KR but even in JP and EN branches.
It looks like Märchen’s management decided to squeeze every drop of potential profit by debuting only one person.
No hard evidence for this theory, but honestly, there’s no other reason to debut just one individual.
They even officially announced this as the final generation, so there’s no denying it.
Counterarguments won’t be entertained.
Anyway, Märchen’s cruelty was on full display this time, as the 11th generation’s debut was conducted through a survival format.
Some might wonder why that’s so cruel, but even with a little thought, it’s easy to understand.
Virtual YouTubers are essentially idols, right? But imagine 50 idol trainees competing, knowing only one will survive.
The pressure and anxiety must have been suffocating.
No doubt there was plenty of crying once the survival phase ended.
The constant comparisons only made things worse. In typical idol survival shows, contestants are often directly compared to one another.
Yuwol, who was contestant number 5, faced that same harsh scrutiny from the moment they first spoke.
Contestant number 5 must have thought, “If I do this kind of content, it’ll be fun since it’s trending.”
But what was the result? A total disaster.
Additionally, many of the applicants were reincarnators.
A lot of them brought not only familiar voices but also recycled concepts from their past lives.
Honestly, it was uncomfortable to watch. Like, would it kill them to stay as independent creators?
Not that I mean to criticize—just sharing a personal opinion.
These reincarnators usually have their personal information already widely known.
If reincarnators made it into the 11th generation, it would’ve likely delayed the debut process.
How did Märchen even think they could debut someone in just two weeks?
Märchen’s reputation for running its creators into the ground doesn’t seem like an exaggeration, does it?
Especially for KR, where the critical evaluations were harsh, and most contestants reportedly left in tears.
The only one to survive all that was contestant number 5—our newly debuted Yuwol.
And now, here we are, watching Yuwol’s live broadcast in real time.
I’ll summarize the rest after Yuwol’s stream ends. Oh, by the way, the hero-themed music video was incredible.

LOL
So, the MV’s over. What now?
What else? It’s time to stream.
“Ahem.”
Even as the chat flooded with “A” from those remembering that moment, I didn’t pay attention. Honestly, the chat was moving too fast to read.
‘How are there 12,000 viewers already…’
That was the combined number from Tujijik and YouTube.
Thanks to the relatively large Japanese audience, YouTube viewers alone reached 7,000.
But that didn’t mean Tujijik was slacking. There were plenty of Korean comments fighting against the tide of Japanese ones.
After glancing at the rapid-fire chat, I spoke again.
“It’s been a while. Oh, wait, I guess I should say this is our first time meeting?”
The stream screen still displayed a medieval-style single room as its waiting backdrop.
Jiwoo had drawn it, saying, “Since a hero can’t exist in modern times, this is the best I can do.”
The room shown on the screen had only a wooden wardrobe, a bed, and a desk.
Yet, it exuded a warm and cozy atmosphere.
In front of this backdrop was a languid girl with a white sword strapped to her back.
She wore a shirt and leather shorts—your classic fantasy attire.
That was it.
What more could anyone ask for? According to the lore, the character was 17 years old.
Any more exposure than this would definitely be inappropriate.
That being said, she looked just like me. Way too much like me.
Wouldn’t someone recognize me if they saw this?
‘No way that would happen.’
People would probably just assume it’s cosplay or something.
[Tsupi: Introduce yourself! Introduce yourself!!]
Oh, right. I hadn’t introduced myself yet.
“Well, let’s start with an introduction. Did you enjoy the music video?”
|| || || || || || ||
Now, you might be wondering why I’m introducing myself like this. Just wait.
“I’m glad to hear you enjoyed it. The girl fought bravely to the very end… and died, didn’t she?”
“Then, who do you think the person standing before you is?”
By the way, the music video didn’t actually show the girl dying. It only showed her closing her eyes. Who said she died?
“The goddess saved me. She told me my mission wasn’t over yet. That there were still so many people I had to protect. So, I rose again—to protect all of you.”
Ah. Roleplaying is harder than I thought. I was ad-libbing the script to suit my style, but was this the right way to do it?
“For those of you who already know me, and those who don’t, let me introduce myself again.”
I glanced at the chat for a moment, then smiled faintly before speaking.
“My name is Yuwol. Known to the world as the ‘foolish hero’—the incompetent warrior. I’ve been given a new mission and have come to the empire of Märchen.”
Oh, please.
“KR Märchen Live 11th Generation Hero Yuwol. Answering the call of the goddess.”
The outfit was intentionally kept simple to maintain a modest appearance.
After all, Yuwol’s character is a commoner.
Even as a hero, she wasn’t supposed to be wealthy.
After finishing my introduction, I moved the avatar briefly to proceed with the next part.
I adjusted the avatar’s size to show the full figure and positioned it on the right side of the screen.
On the left side, there was an introduction panel made to look like it was carved from wood.
“Now then, let me properly introduce myself.”
I glanced at the fiery chat for a moment and continued.
“My name is Yuwol. In English, it’s spelled UWAR. Considering my past in war, I think it’s a fitting name. My height is 162 cm, and my weight is 43 kg. As for my three sizes… why is this even included here?”
[Tsupi: Oh no, I forgot to remove that!]
What a lie. There’s no way a team leader like Tsupi would make a mistake like that—especially Tsupi.
Despite feeling baffled by the absurd message, I decided to let it slide.
“And then there’s my age… Hey, Manager. What’s with this ’17 months’ thing?”
[Tsupi: Oh no.]
“It’s legal.”
I’m just giving you what you want, so don’t blame me.
“I like espresso and don’t particularly dislike anything.”
“And now, the most important thing.”
Good question. Why is it blank? I’m pretty sure I asked for it to be written down.
[Tsupi: The text got cut off and deleted… ㅠㅠㅠㅠ]
Well, in that case, there’s no helping it.
“My stream greeting is simple. You’ll just say it during the end of the stream. Let’s practice it together.”
“Let me tell you in advance, just in case.”
I glanced at the chat and smiled softly. Tsupi, who’s probably watching the stream, is likely laughing too.
“Have a good morning, a good evening, and a good night.”
To me, there’s no greeting better than this one.
