“Ugh.”
“What’s the rush? You’re making me feel neglected.”
Yi-seo’s back brushed against Gye-won’s chest. As Gye-won leaned further toward him, Yi-seo ended up practically cradled in his arms. He could feel the heat of Cha Gye-won’s breath against his neck.
“It’s just… it’s late. You need to rest, Gye-won-ssi… and I should get inside quickly….”
“Acting like you care, are we?”
It was written all over his face how badly he wanted to go home. Gye-won rested his chin on top of Yi-seo’s head. With his arms tucked in, Yi-seo sat perfectly still, like a prey trapped and unable to move. Since Gye-won was behind him, he felt a twinge of regret that he couldn’t see the other man’s expression.
Well, no need to see it to know.
He was probably staring down with a troubled look. One could tell just by looking at those reddened ears. Suddenly, Gye-won felt an impulse to bite down on that enticingly flushed earlobe.
“Fine. Since it is late.”
“Yes….”
“Get home safe.”
“Yes…. Um….”
Despite the words “get home safe,” the arm wrapped around Yi-seo showed no signs of moving.
“You have to let go for me to go inside….”
Gye-won was still gripping Yi-seo’s arm, and his chin remained firmly planted on the crown of Yi-seo’s head. If anything, he was now rubbing his cheek against the soft hair. No matter how much Yi-seo wiggled to avoid him, it was useless.
“What are you going to give me if I let go?”
“Do I… have to give you something…?”
Cha Gye-won kept whispering, perhaps intentionally, and every time he did, his humid breath seemed to scour Yi-seo’s skin. The air inside the car felt sweltering. Yi-seo’s skin, from his neck to his face, was burning red.
“There should be a ‘give’ for a ‘take.’ That’s how the world works, isn’t it?”
“C-can’t you just let me go…?” Yi-seo stammered. Cold sweat trickled down his back. He wanted to escape this thick, heavy atmosphere as soon as possible.
However, as if that were out of the question, Cha Gye-won began to toy with Yi-seo’s ear. He traced the outer rim with his fingertips and even tried to poke his pinky into the small ear canal. Every time Gye-won’s hand moved, the sound of skin brushing against skin echoed in Yi-seo’s eardrum.
“Could you… just let go… please….”
“I can’t. Are you a thug, CEO? Nothing in this world is free. Nothing.”
Every time Cha Gye-won spoke, it felt like a brush tickling his ear.
“A-aren’t you the one being a thug, Gye-won-ssi…?”
Unable to bear the whispering and the lingering touch any longer, Yi-seo squeezed his eyes shut and spoke up. It made no sense. Demanding something in exchange for letting him out of the car? If that wasn’t a thief’s mentality, he didn’t know what was.
“Heh.”
Gye-won let out a short laugh. This little fox knew how to talk back even while caught in a trap.
“I don’t know if I should call you brave… or just plain stupid.”
He had originally intended to tease him a bit since it was cute how he flinched at every touch, but his mind had changed. That reddened skin was looking far too appetizing.
“Hng. Wh-why….”
Gye-won stuck out his tongue and licked Yi-seo’s ear. As the wet tongue touched the wound, it stung sharply. When Yi-seo turned his face away from the pain, Gye-won moved his head to lick up the back of his ear. The lewd sound echoing in the ear was sticky.
“D-don’t… don’t do that.”
As soon as his mouth opened to speak, two of Gye-won’s fingers slid inside. The fingers rummaged through his mouth, stroking everything from the soft root of his tongue to his even teeth. He could feel the knuckles against the roof of his mouth. Because of the fingers moving in and out, saliva began to leak.
“Hng….”
This time, Gye-won took Yi-seo’s plump earlobe into his mouth and rolled it around. The sweet scent of flesh filled his mouth. Yi-seo’s chest heaved as he panted for breath.
“Do you know what?”
Yi-seo didn’t seem to hear him properly, fumbling to escape the embrace. Below his trembling eyelashes, his slightly upturned, round eyes were brimming with tears; it looked like he might cry if pushed just a bit further. How entertaining would that be? He had seen it three years ago, but it had been so long the memory was blurry.
“Haa.”
Pulling his fingers out, Gye-won cupped Yi-seo’s cheeks and forced him to look his way. Gye-won’s thumb repeatedly toyed with Yi-seo’s lower lip, which was glistening with saliva. Yi-seo’s mouth trembled as he struggled to catch his breath. His eyes were slightly narrowed as if looking at Gye-won with resentment.
“I find this expression of yours the most entertaining, CEO.”
That face that says he doesn’t know what to do because he’s so flustered. Being uncomfortable but unable to run away, just enduring it.
“It’s so fun it’s driving me crazy.”
The viscous voice whispered as if talking to itself.

As soon as they reached the front of the house, Baek Yi-seo practically bolted out of the car. He bounced out like a basketball.
“Get home safe.”
Without even looking at Gye-won, Yi-seo gave a half-hearted farewell and walked as fast as he could toward his door. His earlobe still felt as if it had been scorched by fire.
“CEO.”
Cha Gye-won’s voice caught Yi-seo in his tracks.
“Y-yes?”
Yi-seo was already quite a distance from the car. It was a clear physical representation of how much he didn’t want to be near the man. Yi-seo wiped his mouth several times with his sleeve. His jaw felt numb.
“Come here.”
Cha Gye-won, arm stretched out the window, beckoned with his finger. His head was tilted to the side, his gaze suggesting he was displeased.
“I-I’m going h-home.”
“Come.”
Cha Gye-won leaned his arm against the lowered window.
“P-please get home… safely.”
Yi-seo bowed again and took a step back.
“……Do I have to get out?”
The furrowed brow was as desolate as a final warning. Yi-seo had no choice but to approach the car. His steps were slow, like a cow being led to a slaughterhouse. The sound of his soles dragging against the asphalt reached Gye-won’s ears.
“You won’t even properly thank the person who drove you home? You keep making me feel neglected. Hmm?”
Yi-seo, keeping his body about fifty centimeters away from the car, mumbled. He kept his head bowed, unable to look up.
“I said… thank you earlier….”
“I’m going to feel wronged if this is how it ends.”
Cha Gye-won’s voice sounded dry and biting.
He had barely held back the urge to devour the man when he was thrashing about so much earlier. It was quite infuriating to see him trying to scurry away just because he was at his own house.
“Come closer.”
His hesitating body moved barely half a step closer.
“More.”
This time, the step was so small it was embarrassing to even call it a half-step.
“Seriously….”
Gye-won reached out, grabbed Yi-seo’s coat, and pulled. Gripped by the collar, the distance was closed instantly until he could feel the other man’s breath on his face.
“Ouch!”
Gye-won grabbed Yi-seo’s jaw and bit the tip of his nose. With a red bite mark on the tip of his white nose, he looked exactly like Rudolph. Only then did Gye-won let go, as if his mood had improved slightly.
“Get inside. And don’t go crawling out anywhere else.”
As soon as the words “get inside” left his mouth, Yi-seo sprinted away as if someone might snatch him up. He disappeared without a single look back. After confirming the lights in the house had turned on, Gye-won started the car.
**************************************
As soon as he finished washing up, Yi-seo threw himself onto his bed and tossed and turned.
“Haa….”
His head was as foggy and complicated as a mist. Even though he considered himself a patient person, he knew that Cha Gye-won’s behavior was crossing the line.
Is skinship usually like that?
Even if they had slept together once, they were practically strangers now; the intensity was too much. He had never had such sticky skinship even when he was dating Kim Seung-ju.
Could it be?
The thought that Gye-won might like him crossed his mind, but Yi-seo immediately shook his head.
“No. No way.”
No matter how he looked at it, those weren’t the actions of someone who liked another person. Was Cha Gye-won just self-centered? To put it bluntly, everything he’d done so far—from the violence to the sexual harassment—was criminal. Suddenly, Gye-won’s voice saying he was “entertaining” came to mind. When he said that, Cha Gye-won had looked chillingly happy. He’d been told he was a boring person before, but “entertaining” was a first.
“Is he a total psycho?”
His actions made no sense unless he was a psycho. Don’t they say there are a fair number of psychopaths mixed into our society? There was a high probability that Cha Gye-won was one of them. Thinking that way was the only way to even begin to understand him.
“What do I do?”
No matter how much he thought about it, there was no answer. Even if he tried to minimize contact, there would be a limit. He had no way to deal with someone who would resort to blackmail at the drop of a hat. He tried to resolve to just give up on understanding Cha Gye-won, but it wasn’t easy.
“I look like a mess….”
Looking at his face reflected in his phone screen, Yi-seo grumbled to himself. From the bite mark on his nose to the ear where even the scab had been ripped off.
“How long do I have to wait?”
Yi-seo threw his phone onto the bed, his face a picture of misery. He had planned to just wait quietly until Cha Gye-won left the company, but the prospect felt bleak.
Vrrr. Vrrr.
Just as he was rolling around on the bed, clutching his head, his phone vibrated. He checked the caller: it was Kim Gun. Yi-seo bolted upright. Usually, a call from a manager at this hour was rarely good news.
“Manager?”
