Hello, I’m Karma, a Dark Knight player on the Alpe server. I’m writing this because I encountered a toxic player in a public raid party while farming *Valhalla’s Wrath*.

They told me not to revive because I died by mistake—ridiculous. The healers actually didn’t revive me; isn’t that too harsh? It wasn’t intentional, just a mistake.

CameToDie even said they wouldn’t bid until I left, blocking my rightful claim. They asked if I wanted loot after that? How many mistakes did I make to deserve being barred from bidding?

The others were the same. CameToDie kept spouting nonsense, and no one said a word. Were they all friends, and I was the only solo player? This really kills my love for the game. Hope I don’t run into them again.

I’m CameToDie, a Gunner on the Alpe server. I’m posting to counter Karma’s claims. Apologies for the delay; editing took time.

As you can see, the sub-tank got knocked back in Valhalla’s first phase and died, revived once thanks to the healer’s quick reaction.

They took an AoE tank buster meant for the main tank and died. That’s two revives in three minutes.

Here’s the key part. In Valhalla’s three-add phase, the sub-tank’s supposed to pull agro, but they died right before, so DontOrderMe, a high-HP Berserker, took it. As a DPS with lower defense, they took heavy damage, delaying the revive. After clearing adds, they got their third revive.

They died again before the tank swap. If we didn’t swap, the main tank would’ve died, so they smartly passed agro to DontOrderMe, who sub-tanked. They got their fourth revive.

See this? A Berserker taking a tank buster? They got revived before it but didn’t take agro, focusing on DPS, and passed the buster to DontOrderMe, who died.

They died again, got a fifth revive, and died within 10 seconds doing nonsense. I judged it hopeless and told the healer to save mana, no more revives.

They left out the last chat log lol where they proudly said, “Didn’t know about tank buster;”. Not knowing your mechanics is something to brag about? No idea how many times you ran Valhalla, but even Hua Tuo couldn’t save your control lolol.

Grinding raids until dawn, I fully geared up for sub-options, minus the weapon.

I prefer attack speed, but depending on balance patches or raid mobs, other options are handy.
Who knows when I’ll need to sub-tank again?

Despite the long hours, CameToDie stayed without bailing and even gave me all DPS loot, so I couldn’t help but feel grateful.
What’s more touching to a gamer than that?

Checking my gold for enhancements and heading to the market, an unexpected message popped up.

Rushing to Inven’s incident board, I scoffed at the sub-tank’s post.
We suffered cleaning up his mess, and he’s blaming us?

I was running around pulling agro to fix his screw-ups.
Where’s that confidence coming from?

As OneHit said, his detailed combat log breakdown and savage delivery were satisfying.
Dying that much in a dead-endgame dungeon is a problem.
Imagining the sub-tank reeling from the backlash made me grin.

Settling at the town forge, I took a deep breath and placed gear in the enhancement window.
From +11, failure means destruction, not downgrade, so +10 was my goal.
I had 420 enhancement stones.
Could my bad luck finish it?

“Oh… Enhancement God…”

Praying to a god I don’t believe in, I gripped my hands and hit the enhance button.
