A Steamy Revelation and a Sister’s Quest

Chapter 21 • 1,689 words • 15 min read

The luxurious bathroom was filled with warm steam, and two alluring, snow-white figures sat in the large bathtub. A girl with soft, long white hair was fully submerged in the water, only her beautiful ruby-like eyes and delicate nose visible. Her lips continuously blew bubbles into the bath. The white-haired girl’s gaze was fixed intently on the bubbles before her, her normally pale face now flushed a vibrant pink for reasons unknown.

‘What exactly happened? Why am I actually bathing with Soronna?’ Domu’s thoughts raced. ‘I… I… Since I’m in a female body now, this shouldn’t count as a crime, right? It wasn’t my intention, after all. Besides, Soronna insisted, and I merely didn’t want to disappoint her…’

Domu, in the midst of this self-consolation, felt a tumultuous mix of excitement and conflict. After all these years, this was her first time seeing another girl so intimately.

And it wasn’t just Soronna. In ‘Tears of the Goddess’, equipment could be hidden outside of combat. Thus, without deactivating her Divine Suppression, Domu had simply concealed it.

This allowed her to strip naked while still suppressing her magic. Yes, Domu had shamelessly stripped her in-game body bare. If Na’er or Kase ever found out, they would undoubtedly brand her a pervert.

‘And why do I have such large breasts? It feels like an open invitation for trouble!’

Domu frowned, a crease forming between her brows. Through the clear, warm bathwater, she glanced down at her chest, only to immediately avert her gaze as an intense wave of shame washed over her. With Soronna present, Domu didn’t dare to look around, so she resigned herself to staring at the water in front of her, continuously blowing bubbles.

As Domu continued blowing bubbles, she suddenly felt a smooth, soft body press against her thigh. Simultaneously, a pair of slender arms wrapped around her right hand. The soft touch against her arm and thigh sent a shiver down Domu’s spine, raising goosebumps on her skin, for she had never experienced such intimacy with another girl.

“Hey… if Domu isn’t a true deity, then why are Domu and Dove in the Velsen Forest?” While Soronna wasn’t one to pry into others’ secrets, Domu’s presence had stirred a certain disquiet in her heart, making her instinctively want to know more about Domu.

“Actually, Dove and I are from another continent. We were drawn here by a special kind of magic…” Feeling the softness of the other’s body, Domu stiffly sat upright in the water, leaning her back against the edge of the tub as she explained to Soronna.

“Then… then will Domu take Dove back to your original continent?” Hearing Domu’s words, Soronna felt even more agitated, asking with a hint of panic.

“If I could, perhaps… but I’m not sure if going back is even possible anymore.” Having already transmigrated to another world, Domu held no real hope of returning to her original society. The thought brought a wave of melancholy.

“How about… how about we just stay here forever! Domu, Dove, Kase, Os, and me. We could be mercenaries together, go on adventures, and live here always…” Soronna excitedly proposed her idea to Domu, but then seemed to remember something, falling silent.

“Soronna, why don’t you tell me about yourself instead?” Seeing the awkwardness settle in, Domu tried to change the subject.

“What does Domu want to hear?” Soronna asked, still holding Domu’s arm, as she gently rested her head on Domu’s shoulder.

“Anything is fine. I’d like to get to know Soronna better.” Feeling Soronna’s head on her shoulder, Domu’s heart pounded with an unparalleled nervousness, a sensation she hadn’t experienced even when facing the strongest bosses in ‘Tears of the Goddess’. She forced her gaze to fix directly on the opposite wall.

“I never met my father; my mother raised me alone. When I was very young, she was incredibly loving, just like… just like Domu and Dove. The Unwavering Devotion was a birthday gift from her back then. Even now, recalling that time fills me with such warmth.” As she spoke of happier memories, Soronna let out a pure, innocent laugh.

“But from the age of four, my mother seemed to change completely. She had always been very busy, but from then on, she never cared for me, never smiled at me even once, nor spoke a single gentle word. No matter how beautifully I dressed myself, no matter how much I proved my exceptional magical talent, no matter how hard I tried, my mother never truly looked at me again…” Soronna recounted, her voice tinged with sadness.

“When I was ten, I was sent to Holy Heaven to study. Before I left, my mother, for the first time in ages, said something to me: ‘Do not return to see me until you possess absolute power.’ Hearing those words, I felt incredibly happy! It meant Mother still needed me; I was just too weak then.

“So, after leaving Holy Heaven, I chose to become a mercenary. That’s how I met Kase and Os. Kase might seem a bit frivolous and impulsive, but he’s incredibly reliable when it counts! Os is a very steady man, and his strength has grown the fastest among us three! Hehe, it’s been wonderful knowing everyone, and now I’ve met Domu and Dove too. I suppose I’m quite lucky!” Soronna lifted her head slightly from Domu’s shoulder, her bright eyes fixed on Domu.

‘…’ After hearing Soronna’s story, Domu felt a strange pang. Although she had never met her own parents, as someone who felt like a guardian to Dove, she couldn’t fathom how a parent could treat their child in such a way. Perhaps Soronna’s mother had some hidden difficulties.

Feeling Soronna’s gaze, Domu could no longer pretend. She turned her head slightly, looking at the optimistic and cheerful Soronna. Domu didn’t want to offer sympathy, for such useless pity would be a desecration of Soronna’s bright spirit.

“You’re truly remarkable, Soronna,” Domu praised from the bottom of her heart, offering a gentle smile.

“…Ah… Domu, you’re so cunning,” Soronna murmured unconsciously, her gaze briefly clouding with confusion as she looked at Domu’s smiling face.

“Huh?” Domu was puzzled.

“Why… why are you so gentle with everyone, Domu?” Soronna extended a hand, slowly reaching towards Domu’s cheek.

“W-wait…” Domu watched Soronna’s hand, surprised and unsure what to do.

“If… if I gain power, Domu… would you… would you be willing to come with me to see my mo… mother?” Soronna’s hand finally touched Domu’s cheek. By now, Soronna’s upper body was leaning onto Domu, her slightly developed chest pressing against Domu’s fuller one. Her hand continued to caress Domu’s face, her eyes seemingly losing focus.

“Soronna… you’re… you’re too close… And… and you’re exposing yourself!” The bathroom seemed to fill with an ambiguous tension. Watching Soronna draw closer, Domu’s hands felt awkward, her gaze unsure where to land. She could only hope Soronna would snap back to awareness from embarrassment.

“Do… Domu…” Soronna’s mind was a complete muddle. She continued to bring her face closer to Domu’s, one hand supporting herself, the other cupping Domu’s cheek, her eyes fixed on Domu’s soft, pink lips as she murmured.

As Soronna drew nearer, Domu felt two gradually hardening nubs brush against her chest. Coupled with Soronna’s increasingly heavy breaths, Domu panicked.

“Actually, Dove and I have another goal! We’re here to find a relative!” Domu blurted out in a panic, seeing Soronna’s small, delicate lips drawing ever closer.

“A re… relative?” Hearing the word “relative,” Soronna seemed to regain some clarity. Her encroaching lips paused, and she asked, puzzled.

“Yes, yes, Soronna. Her name is Na’er. She’s practically my closest kin. Have you ever heard that name?” Domu quickly said, watching Soronna’s eyes gradually clear.

“Na… ‘er? Hmm…” Soronna frowned, thinking carefully.

“No… I haven’t heard of anyone named Na’er. I’m sorry, Domu…” The now-clear-headed Soronna said, looking into Domu’s eyes with a hint of regret.

“It’s alright. I didn’t expect to find her easily anyway,” Domu sighed in relief.

“Was she also swept into this continent with Domu?” Soronna asked curiously.

“Yes, she’s my younger sister. Although she wasn’t drawn to this continent at the same time as me, through our unique connection [Friend System], I know she’s definitely here on this continent right now.”

“I see…” Soronna murmured thoughtfully.

“Soronna, we’ve bathed long enough. Let’s head back and rest for today!” Seeing Soronna fully alert, Domu quickly suggested, hoping to swiftly end this bath experience, which felt both like heaven and hell.

“Then, Domu, let me help you dry off~” Soronna climbed off Domu, speaking with a hint of lingering desire.

“N-no, it’s fine! And, Soronna, you’re exposed! Quick, cover yourself…” Seeing Soronna suddenly stand up, Domu quickly exclaimed, trying to stop her. Even so, Domu couldn’t help but glimpse a patch of sparse, pink-furred… triangular area.

“Hehe, what does it matter? We’re all girls anyway! In that case, I’ll head out first. Domu, come quickly!” Soronna said nonchalantly, then slowly stepped out of the water and walked towards the changing room. However, she walked with her legs tightly clamped together, as if desperately needing to use the restroom, which struck Domu as very odd.

‘Ah… so the hair color really is the same both up and down?’ Domu wondered curiously, the image of Soronna’s pink triangular area replaying in her mind.

‘If her hair is pink, then the hair below is also pink. Since my current body has white hair, would mine be… hmm… I’m a little curious. Just curious, really. There’s no one else here anyway, so I’ll just take a peek. Domu, it’s your own body, so it’s fine to look!’

Domu encouraged herself, then stood upright from the water, lowering her head with a resolute gaze.

“This is…” All that met her eyes were a pair of M-shaped, full, soft white breasts, adorned with pink… Beyond that, she couldn’t even see her damn toes!

“Ha… what am I even doing? Acting like an idiot…” Domu muttered to herself as she walked towards the changing room.
