The Azure Jade Spirit Lance and a Familiar Foe

“Is that… the Abyssal Form summoned this time? Isn’t it a bit too large…”

After her transformation was complete, Magical Girl Biyu clutched her magic wand tightly, her face etched with nervousness as she gazed at the colossal Abyssal Form before her—a creature that towered even higher than the surrounding skyscrapers, or rather… this monstrous slime.

Indeed, Magical Girl Biyu recognized the creature as a slime at first glance, having secretly perused numerous ‘doujinshi’ (TL Note: Fan-made comics, often containing explicit content), many of which, naturally, were of the ‘isekai’ (TL Note: Another world) genre. In those comics, slimes, after incapacitating their victims, would dissolve their clothing with bodily fluids, then swallow them whole, and finally, employ their self-fabricated reproductive organs to engage in ‘those kinds of activities’…

Yet… in those comics, the slimes were only half the size of a human!

This slime, however, was immense… if subjected to ‘that,’ she would absolutely… absolutely be ruined!

The mere thought of this colossal slime possibly subjecting her to ‘those kinds of activities’ made Magical Girl Biyu tremble uncontrollably. And yet… fueled by a flicker of inner curiosity, a tiny spark of anticipation ignited within her, a longing to truly experience what it would be like to be ‘done’ by a slime.

‘No… this won’t do! I mustn’t cower… I mustn’t succumb to depravity! Those people are still inside its belly… I… I must rescue them!’

What magic… could inflict effective damage upon this monster without harming the people trapped within? Though ‘Verdant Gale’ offered agile control, its offensive power was limited, utterly incapable of inflicting meaningful harm on an Abyssal Form of such immense proportions…

Then… ‘Azure Jade Spirit Lance’ it is.

At that moment, the colossal slime also noticed Magical Girl Biyu hovering in the sky. It began to shift its immense bulk with astonishing clumsiness, simultaneously molding a portion of its body into a gargantuan hand, attempting to seize Magical Girl Biyu from her aerial perch.

Confronted by the slime’s rapidly approaching monstrous hand, Magical Girl Biyu was momentarily flustered. Yet, she did not forget her crucial task. Closing her eyes, she somewhat awkwardly aimed her magic wand at the slime and, in her haste, chanted the spell’s essential incantation:

“E… Energy Explosion! ★ Azure Jade Spirit Lance!”

In that instant, a multitude of azure crystals rapidly coalesced from the void around Magical Girl Biyu, automatically assembling themselves into several glowing, jade-colored lances.

Just as the colossal hand fashioned by the slime was about to strike, several jade lances shot forth like lightning, piercing through the monstrous limb in the blink of an eye. The impaled slime tissue plummeted from the sky, scattering across the street with wet, squelching sounds. Naturally, the jade lances did not cease their assault; instead, they continued their trajectory, plunging deeper into the colossal slime’s main body.

The slime, inherently soft and fluid-like, found its immense size rendered almost entirely useless against such piercing attacks. It was effortlessly impaled by the several jade lances. Magical Girl Biyu slowly opened her eyes. Seeing that she had not been struck by the slime’s monstrous hand and had even inflicted significant damage, she let out a sigh of relief.

However, Magical Girl Biyu also noticed that the colossal slime appeared to lack any sensation of pain; it made no sound even after being pierced by several jade lances, continuing its slow, ponderous movement.

‘No clothing store survived its passage…’

Believing the damage she had inflicted was insufficient, Magical Girl Biyu once again summoned several jade lances, attempting to repeat the process to further injure the slime.

This time, however, as the lances summoned by Magical Girl Biyu pierced its body, a civilian was inadvertently propelled by the slime’s internal movements directly into the path of a lance.

Fortunately, Magical Girl Biyu had anticipated such a scenario, which was precisely why she had employed the ‘Azure Jade Spirit Lance’ spell. Just a fraction of a second before the lance’s tip could touch the man’s nose, the jade lance suddenly self-disintegrated, scattering into its original azure crystals that then swirled protectively around him.

Observing the azure crystals orbiting around him, the man was visibly astonished, for these crystals seemed to possess a will of their own, not only automatically protecting him but also gently guiding him out of the slime’s massive form.

In fact, should a jade lance be destroyed by an enemy, it would likewise disintegrate into these very azure crystals, which would then automatically envelop nearby allies. While this spell’s destructive power alone couldn’t compare to the offensive magic wielded by Akahoshi or Youlan, Biyu’s role was inherently supportive. Thus, the primary function of this particular magic was to assist the other two Magical Girls.

Regrettably, Magical Girl Akahoshi seemed to be engaged with a more formidable opponent, and Magical Girl Youlan was absent from the scene. It fell to Biyu alone to confront this Abyssal Form.

Magical Girl Biyu, at that moment, failed to notice that the slime tissue scattered across the ground was not inert; instead, it was slowly, subtly wriggling…

Meanwhile, Magical Girl Akahoshi, having witnessed her own magic nullified and transformed into mere balloons and streamers, couldn’t help but register a flicker of shock on her face. However, under Avila Dolly’s gaze, she instantly recomposed herself into a stern demeanor. As always, she pointed her magic wand at Yue Ling and Avila, declaring with an air of imposing confidence:

“You two wicked executives! Though I may not know your true identities, I, Magical Girl Akahoshi, will absolutely not permit you to wreak havoc!”

“Magical Girl Akahoshi… we’re this close, and you still haven’t recognized me?” Yue Ling murmured, a hint of exasperation in her tone. Her current ensemble, while perhaps obscuring her identity at first glance, revealed telling clues upon closer inspection. For instance… her single ponytail, both its height and the hair tie securing it, were identical to how she wore it during combat. Even if the visual differences were truly imperceptible, surely her aura would be recognizable…

Yue Ling stood with one hand on her hip, casting a slightly displeased look at Magical Girl Akahoshi. ‘Is my allure truly so unnoticeable?’ she mused inwardly.

Alas, with Yue Ling wearing sunglasses, Magical Girl Akahoshi couldn’t discern her gaze. Nevertheless, Akahoshi did register something peculiar about her, prompting her to challenge Yue Ling:

“Hey! You wicked executive, have you invaded before?!”

“………………”

“Sigh…” Yue Ling let out a resigned sigh, then sequentially removed her baseball cap, sunglasses, and mask, revealing her true face. Magical Girl Akahoshi, as if jolted from a dream, then shrieked, “Ah! It’s you! That perverted wicked executive who cut our clothes and wore ‘sexy lingerie’ over her outfit that day!”

“I told you I wasn’t wearing my underwear outside! Are you really going to keep harping on that?!”

“Oh~ Big Sister Yue Ling is such a pervert, isn’t she? Clearly wearing her panties on the outside, yet still stubbornly refusing to admit it? Lying children are naughty, you know~”

“You shut up too! And I’m not lying!”

A flustered Yue Ling yelled at Avila, then directly summoned several silk threads towards Magical Girl Akahoshi, intending to slice open Akahoshi’s clothes and utterly humiliate her, just as she had done last time.

Just as Magical Girl Akahoshi was basking in her triumph, Yue Ling calmly wiggled her fingers, extending the silk threads from below Akahoshi, and then…

Accompanying the distinct tearing sound, a seam split open in Magical Girl Akahoshi’s short skirt, and another down the center of her top.

“You… you hateful, perverted wicked executive!”

Magical Girl Akahoshi cursed in a burst of frustration, her face flushing crimson as she hastily clutched at her torn clothes.

“Hmph hmph, if you want to dodge my attacks, go practice for a while longer.”

Yue Ling hooked a finger through her hair, a look of smug pleasure gracing her features as she taunted.

Witnessing this scene, Avila Dolly, hidden inside the roly-poly doll, instinctively recoiled. Though she had watched Yue Ling’s combat footage before, seeing it firsthand still made her feel…

Yue Ling… was indeed a bit of a pervert…

Magical Girl Akahoshi, seeing herself mocked once more, felt the blush on her face deepen. Squeezing her legs together and clutching her chest, she freed one hand to cast another spell at Yue Ling and Avila:
