‘Damn it, I still have a myriad of things to ask Ji Qianluo!’

I dejectedly tapped my forehead, my thoughts racing as I pondered how I could possibly see Ji Qianluo.

Chen Shen secretly glanced back at me, his eyes wide with an almost worshipful admiration.

He whispered, “Boss, you’re incredible! How many rounds did you go yesterday? Ji Qianluo couldn’t even come to school today.”

I chuckled, then sighed, slumping directly onto my desk.

The problem remained unsolved, leaving me with no mind for the day’s lessons.

Morning self-study passed quickly.

The ringing of the dismissal bell for class broke the silence.

I stood up, preparing to head to the restroom.

The girl continued.

Others chimed in from nearby.

At this, some boys began to clamor.

The Class Monitor immediately shot them a fierce glare, suppressing them all with her absolute authority.

I listened silently from the side, then slowly walked away.

The moment she left the classroom, I would immediately follow.

Chen Shen said goodbye to me and also departed the classroom.
