Was I being too neurotic?
Xu Nian couldn’t shake the feeling that there was more to those rules than met the eye.

“Bie.” Su Qingya stuck out her pink tongue, imitating Xu Nian, before becoming serious again: “But if that’s the case, why don’t we just leave?”
“We can’t leave anymore, unless… we go through the whole process once.”
Xu Nian looked into the distance. Under her gaze, the originally existing gate had somehow disappeared.
And further away, it was shrouded in a hazy mist.
“Didn’t you notice? The gate has disappeared.”
Hearing Xu Nian say this, Su Qingya also noticed it.
After a moment of silence, suddenly, her expression began to firm up.
