The Burden of Creation and a Goddess’s Fury

With the six Origin Gods yet to emerge, the entire world now fell to Qiweiya’s care!

Qiweiya herself held strong opinions on the matter. “I’m a goddess who just became incredibly powerful, a chronic procrastinator at that, and now I have to manage this newly created, nascent world!”

She flipped a middle finger to the heavens. “Creator God, you old bastard! You didn’t even leave a management manual, and now you expect me to babysit for you? It would be fine if they were all girls, but why are there three boys?”

She rattled off a torrent of insults about the Creator God, yet it was all utterly pointless.

Qiweiya waved her hand dismissively. “Forget it, there’s no use complaining now. I might as well head to that temple the Creator God mentioned, the one independent of this world.”

Following the spatial coordinates embedded in her memory by the Creator God, she casually ripped open a spatial rift with a single wave of her hand. With a loud *crack*, she leisurely stepped through.

Passing through the tear, she found herself standing in a dark, empty void. Directly opposite her stood an ice-blue temple, constructed primarily from the very essence of ice and snow.

Numerous runes of divine decree perpetually orbited the temple, safeguarding it. With these edicts in place, the temple was virtually impregnable; only the Creator God himself could hope to damage it.

Behind Qiweiya, a vast starry expanse stretched out, beneath which lay the freshly born continent.

“Constantly calling it ‘the continent’ is just irritating,” she mused. “From now on, I’ll name you: Aretias Continent, meaning ‘don’t cause me trouble.’ And for the sea, it shall be: Aeniles, meaning ‘endless sea.'”

As Qiweiya spoke, the ocean’s undulations grew increasingly violent, spontaneously generating tsunamis a hundred meters high. Simultaneously, the continent slowly rose, preventing the colossal waves from crashing ashore.

Qiweiya clamped a hand over her mouth, a blush creeping up her neck. “I think I just made a huge mistake… I hope the future inhabitants of Aretias Continent don’t blame me.”

Offering a silent apology in her heart, Qiweiya hastily scurried into the temple.

[Administrator confirmed in position. Initiating Primal Seal… Spatial Seal… Complete. Conceptual Seal… Complete. Projective artifact developed for observing world evolution. Origin God Divine Realm passage developed. Warning: Administrator, do not attempt to exit through other Origin Gods’ Divine Realms; this is impossible. You have been sealed within the divine dimensional spacetime. However, you may descend as a projection upon the summons of your believers.]

Qiweiya felt the entire process of her power being sealed, her face a mask of utter bewilderment. It wasn’t until the very end that she finally reacted. “Creator God! You actually tricked me? I’ll remember this, you bastard! Don’t you ever think about returning to this world! I’m angry, truly furious!”

With a dark expression, Qiweiya settled onto the divine throne atop the temple steps. A soft *ding* echoed. ‘What the hell? Surely there isn’t more…’

[Administrator detected as idle. Initiating Divine Body Seal. Administrator, you will henceforth only be able to act through projections (chuckle). Your body shall never leave the divine throne.]

Tears welled in Qiweiya’s eyes. “Wuwuwu… Creator God, you’re actually restricting my physical movement too? I will never forgive you! If I ever figure out how to leave this temple, I swear I’ll find you and throw you to a horde of gay men to be *paxed* repeatedly!”

[Warning: Administrator, do not make any moves detrimental to Lord Creator God, or the consequences will be far worse than your current predicament.]

Qiweiya puffed out her cheeks. “Hmph… Seriously, you won’t even let me complain about your bad deeds? Be careful, if I get truly angry, I’ll rush out and turn this world upside down, destroying it!”

[Invalid.]

“Eh? How can that be invalid? I can clearly feel my own rules!”

[What? This is impossible! How could the Administrator’s power be greater than the Creator God’s? This is impossible…]

Qiweiya scratched her head, chuckling awkwardly. “Ahahaha… Perhaps I’ve always had such formidable power. I just didn’t know how to use it.”

Qiweiya (with a bewildered expression). “…”

[Alright! I just consulted with the Creator God. He says you are permitted to move freely within this temple and the Divine Realms of other Origin Gods. However, if you continue any derogatory behavior towards the Creator God, a deep-level primordial suppression will be enacted, leading to an eternal seal. Do you accept this proposal?]

“Hmm… Er… Oh…”

Qiweiya considered, then lightly tapped her left palm with a clenched right fist, pointing at the void before her. “I can agree to that! But… you have to guarantee I can descend to the lower realm for one month each year! If you don’t agree, I’ll resist to the bitter end!”

[…Agreed. Lord Creator God has just accepted your request. Command acknowledged.]

Qiweiya felt the sense of powerlessness vanish as her strength surged back into her body.

Qiweiya gritted her teeth. ‘Creator God! You absolutely better not let me catch sight of you, or I’ll beat you until your face blooms like a peach blossom!’

In another world, the Creator God sneezed. ‘Is that girl thinking of me again? Still…’

A faint smile played on the Creator God’s lips. ‘I never expected a random little one to have such potential. I hope you bring me more surprises.’ He then set down the newly released, exquisite stockings from Super Civilization and said, “Boss, I’ll take this one.”
