I adjusted the model to show only my face in the corner of the screen so as not to cover the PPT.
The first page is the profile screen.
“First is the name introduction. You all know my name.”
The chat room is filled with intense agreement.
“But no one probably knows it properly.”
– ?
– What do you mean??
– What is it?
– It’s Esumi Ria!!
– Do you need it explained in, like, I*T* or something?
“Esumi Ria is actually a shortened version of my name. My full name is Estellica Periandril Casoliana Ivarendelis.”
– ????
– ???????
– What did I just hear?
– She’s reading from the script. lol
– Isn’t the name a bit too much, even for a character setting?
– How do you shorten that to Esumi Ria?
– You shortened an English name, so why did a Japanese name pop out? lololol
“According to the rules laid down by a transcendent being, shortening my name to Esumi Ria is correct.”
– Ah, the rules of the elf god?
– It’s not all about insisting…
– No one will remember the full name anyway.
– I bet she hasn’t even memorized it yet.
“For your information, the transcendent being is streaming under the name Rani.”
It was actually planned by the planning team, but I can’t explain that.
– That’s the CEO.
– Ah, if the CEO shortened it, then it can’t be helped. lol
– From Ria’s perspective, it’s correct to say transcendent being…
– But why did you bother to include a setting that no one will remember?
“It’s not a setting, it’s my full name. Shouldn’t you all hear my real name at least once?”
I told them to hear my real name, not to memorize it. It’s too long even for me.
“I didn’t write my full name on the profile because I thought you’d have a hard time memorizing it. But if you want to understand me better, it might not be a bad idea to review the VOD and memorize it.”
– Suddenly giving us homework.
– Have you memorized it all?
–
• Do you give a prize if we memorize it?
– lol I wrote it all down… It’ll be embarrassing if you suddenly ask me about this later.
“Okay. Let’s move on to the next one. My birthday is December 1st. This one should be easy to remember.”
Of course, it was my real birthday. The exact number on my ID. Even in the other world where the calendar system was different, I thought it would probably be around that date when converted to Earth time.
“I’m 21 years old. Quite young for an elf, right?”
– True
– Why is she so much younger than Koharu. lol
–
• It’s actually refreshing to see an elf this young.
– Ria is a baby…
– I think she’s fully grown for a baby?
– When she appeared earlier, I noticed a certain part was particularly…
“It’s not that elves grow slowly. We just live for a long time.”
Even though I’m a half-elf, I probably won’t be granted an eternity. But I’ll probably live much longer than others.
“Lastly, my height is 169cm.”
– Nice
– Oh, that’s tall
– Ria, you’re taller than me..á…®
– The tallest
– The tallest in Blooming Core has been updated.
– 169cm was the tallest?
Looking at the chat, I found some information I didn’t know.
“I’m the tallest in Blooming Core? Was everyone that short?”
– Huh
– That’s arrogant.
– Ria’s official statement) Everyone in Blooming Core except me is a dwarf.
– A sudden wide-area taunt!
– Controversy from the debut stream? lol
Most of it was in jest. But I needed to address the comments about wide-area taunts and controversy.
“Ah, I’ve always considered my short height to be a weakness.”
– ??
– Where do you see that?
– Non-stop arrogance.á…®
“I’m a half-elf, so I was the shortest among the elves. Even the women seemed to be over 180cm tall. So it’s awkward to hear that I’m the tallest here. I momentarily forgot that the standards here are different.”
– Covering it up with RP.
– Good reflexes, Ria. lol
– 180 is too much! Ria’s height is just right though. lolol
I only know the actual height of Karen, the person behind the VTuber, but among the company people I’ve met, the only woman taller than me was the CEO. I guess I’m really tall here.
Come to think of it, I haven’t completely adapted yet either. I suddenly started thinking based on elf standards.
But. The chat room, which reacted with all its might to that gap that unintentionally popped out, was quite fun.
And so, we move on from the profile screen to the next page.
Likes/Dislikes
“I know that people like to use this method to get to know each other. So it will help you take a step closer to me too.”
The chat room was already buzzing just by looking at the words written on the screen.
“As you can see, I like to fight.”
– CC
– A battle maniac attribute?
– It doesn’t suit you, Ria.ᅮᅮ
– She’s going to fight with the viewers from now on.
– Suddenly, it’s scary, Ria…
– Ria, weren’t you supposed to be seiso?
“Why would I fight with you all? I prefer to fight with my body.”
– Huh
– It’s getting more intense.
– Which dojo are you going to, Ria?
“To be more specific, I don’t like war? Nor do I like battles where a lot is at stake.”
That’s why, when all the fighting was over, I returned to Earth without any regrets.
“What I like is the experience of fighting itself. Those moments when all my senses come alive in the midst of momentary tension.”
I liked it so much. So much that I could lose myself if I wasn’t careful. So much that I had to constantly train my body and mind.
“You don’t understand, do you? I also wondered for a long time why I was like this.”
Now I had an answer I came up with myself.
“I’ve been in countless battles since I was a child. Fighting has become an inseparable part of my life. At first, it was scary and overwhelming, but it became familiar. And that familiarity became a habit.”
Actually, there was a difference of opinion with the company regarding this part. They said to just choose something safe since it’s the first stream. It’s okay to make something up.
But that wouldn’t have been meaningful, so I insisted.
“So maybe fighting itself has become something important that makes me who I am. Those moments when I pull the arrow are so natural to me. Maybe I unknowingly learned how to live in battle.”
– It was an RP explanation session. lol
– You have to fight a lot to catch a demon king.
– I’m glad the seiso is still alive.
– From the name, the lore preparation is solid. lol
No one took it seriously. I expected that, so I wasn’t disappointed. No matter how much I shout here that the RP is all true, no one will understand.
There are many streams left in the future. Rather than persuading the viewers with words, I can make them feel it gradually.
For now, I feel relieved just by letting out the thoughts I had inside.
“So I don’t like fights where everything is at stake, like war, but the experience of fighting itself seems to make me feel alive.”
I’ve said what I wanted to say, so I should continue the introduction.
“It says here that I also like games? Actually, I don’t like all games. There’s only one game that I like and am good at.”
Reactions asking me to tell them quickly came flooding in.
“I won’t tell you. For the fun of guessing. You’ll find out if you keep meeting me, right?”
– This person is a master of push and pull…
– It makes me really curious since it’s only one.
– City simulation?
– I bet it’s a rhythm game.
– Somehow it feels like gomoku.
– Is gomoku a game? lol
After the viewers expressed their opinions, I move on to introducing my dislikes.
“I dislike demons.”
– Of course
– Ria, you don’t even need to explain this. lol
– Wait, then… Miya?
– Uh-oh
– Do you dislike your senpai, Ria?
– The RP itself is optimized for flaming. lololol
After someone’s remark, the chat room unites as one. They were talking about Tsukishiro Miya, a 2nd generation senpai.
I’ve seen and heard a lot during the two months I’ve been at Blooming Core. It was certain that the company was not holding a demon. So senpai Miya must also be an ordinary person inside.
But from my perspective as an elf, it would be right to say this.
“That… I’ll have to meet her to know.”
– Are you setting up a collab here?
– I want to do an offline collab with Miya-senpai. lol
– Ria, the build-up was amazing.
– So you planned this and put it in?
A collab. I didn’t say it with that in mind. Without considering the RP, I just thought it would suit me to meet and judge a ‘demon from who knows where’.
Ah.
Let’s think about this later.
Third page. It was a screen introducing Mama and Papa.
The Mama of a VTuber is the character’s illustrator.
Papa refers to the artist who was in charge of Live 2D modeling and rigging.
But I couldn’t call them Mama and Papa.
Esumi Ria is just me. I can’t introduce these people as the parents of ‘Esumi Ria’ while leaving my deceased parents out of it.
So after much consideration, I came up with a method.
“Now, I’ll introduce you to my foster mother and foster father.”
– ??
– What the, it’s not even written as Mama and Papa on the screen either. lololol
– The family history is unnecessarily complicated. lol -Was this a chaebol story, not an isekai fantasy?
-This kid is really unique. lololol
-Pure entertainment.
