Chapter 231: Revenge of the Tofu Fish

Chapter 322,042 words18 min read

After some time had passed, the tofu fish that had attacked Qiao Qiao tossed her aside, her eyes now dull and lifeless.

It then wriggled its body and swam toward Tou.

At this, Tou completely panicked. Being handled by two of these creatures was more than he could bear.

He couldn’t just wait for death. He had been resisting the entire time, desperately trying to think of a way to escape.

But it was all useless.

He was bound even tighter than when he had tied up Four-Master with his own hairband.

‘Wait… the hairband.’

Tou wanted to slap himself. He had actually forgotten about his treasure.

He had used the hairband to tie up his hair, but it had fallen off and become entangled in the tentacles when his hair was messed up.

One of the tentacles seemed to be trying to eat the hairband, just as it had consumed the bath towel from his body.

However, the hairband was an Emperor-grade artifact. How could it possibly be eaten by a mere Golden Body Realm fish? But Tou’s scent lingered on it, and the fish still refused to give up, remaining coiled around the accessory.

Tou felt a surge of relief. Thankfully, the hairband hadn’t been knocked too far away. He just needed to use his spiritual power, and he could control it to bind the tofu fish—to squeeze it into mincemeat!

Without further hesitation, he channeled his spiritual power. He found he had very little left, as if the tofu fish were siphoning it from him. Still, what remained was enough to control the hairband.

Just as he’d hoped, the hairband sprang to life, stretching out to an incredible, seemingly infinite length. It wrapped around the tofu fish until it resembled a large, red ball, and at last, Tou was free.

He dragged his exhausted body onto the shore.

“Hah… hah…”

Lying on the ground, Tou greedily gasped for air. The tentacles had stuffed his mouth and tightened around his neck; he had felt himself beginning to suffocate.

He found his clothes and quickly covered his bare body.

Looking back at the wretched scene in the water, a wave of fury washed over him.

His maid and his master were more useless than he could have imagined, leaving him to be tormented by those tofu fish for so long!

But… tofu fish. They were a rare delicacy. As disgusting as that enormous creature was, it must also be delicious.

His despair gave way to a new resolve. It was time for revenge.

Though it was a Golden Body Realm demon beast, it didn’t seem to have much offensive power. If he hadn’t been ambushed, that wretched fish would never have laid a single tentacle on him.

At this thought, he shot a glare at Yue Ye Si. It was all his master’s fault that this had happened.

And she was still lying there with an expression of pure bliss. The very thought made his blood boil.

The Ruyi Jingu Bang appeared in his hand and morphed into countless iron needles. Before dealing with the other tofu fish, he had to finish off the one ensnared by his hairband.

It was now a fish on the chopping block, completely at his mercy.

“Chweee—chee—”

Through the fish’s own eyes, Tou guided the sharpened tip of the Ruyi Jingu Bang deep into its body, directly piercing its internal organs.

The Golden Body Realm tofu fish let out one last agonized cry before it went still, dead on the spot.

With its death, a great commotion erupted in the pool. The other three enormous tofu fish seemed to sense their companion’s demise.

But they showed no solidarity. Like sheep facing a wolf, they released Ji Jie and Yue Ye Si and dove deep into the water, vanishing from sight in an instant.

The smaller fish followed suit, disappearing into the depths.

But Tou wasn’t about to let them go. That was all delicious food! He couldn’t let it escape. He commanded the Ruyi Jingu Bang to transform into a massive ladle, scooping up heaps of small tofu fish with every dip.

Soon, the fish he caught were piled high enough on the shore to form a small hill.

He had caught most of them, but Tou was still not satisfied.

The other three large fish had escaped. This was all that was left of the entire pool’s worth.

Furious, he kicked his freshly awakened master, sending her flying back into the water.

“Aaaahhh!”

Yue Ye Si let out a cry of pure ecstasy before she splashed into the pool with a loud ‘plop’.

After a long moment, Yue Ye Si’s head emerged from the water. She shook her head like a dog shaking off water, then paddled to the edge and looked at Tou.

Seeing his vexed expression, she cupped her cheek with one hand and gave him a deeply affectionate smile.

“That was amazing, my dear husband! ❤”

She had been in a state of orgasmic delirium and knew nothing about the tofu fish. She simply assumed her little disciple was responsible for her pleasure.

“Husband?”

Tou’s face went cold. This useless woman truly knew no shame. He lifted his foot to stomp on her face.

“Aiya! We’re practically a married couple now! Why are you still so violent?”

Yue Ye Si reached out and caught Tou’s small, fragrant foot. Her lips curled into a seductive, wicked smile. Then, with a ‘slurp’, she licked the sole of his foot.

“Ngh—!”

Tou felt as if a bolt of lightning had shot through him. Every inch of his body tingled with a paralyzing numbness.

“Oh my, so this is how my husband reacts when I lick him here? Hehe~” Yue Ye Si’s face took on a foxy grin, her expression as delighted as an explorer discovering a new continent.

“Bastard! Die!” Tou’s face was a mixture of red and black, his rage boiling over. With a flick of his wrist, he sent the hairband shooting toward Yue Ye Si.

Seeing this, Yue Ye Si reluctantly released Tou’s foot and quickly retreated several meters. When she saw the hairband was no longer pursuing her, she complained, “Husband, using an Emperor-grade artifact is cheating!”

“You fat pig! Who’s your husband?! Don’t run if you have the guts, I’ll beat you to death!” Tou seethed, grinding his teeth. He quickly rubbed his throbbing temples, forcing himself to calm down.

He had been grinding his teeth in anger so much these past two days. He was genuinely worried his cute little canines would be worn flat.

He couldn’t catch Four-Master, but he could certainly deal with the other two.

He turned to look at the pair, who had already dressed and were now huddled together in the distance. Tou’s murderous gaze made them shrink back in fear.

He held a small whip, tapping it lightly against his other palm. His expression was cold and sinister as he slowly approached them with measured steps.

“Hehe! You two wastes, just you watch how I—ah!”

Unexpectedly, his eyes were so fixed on their terrified, distorted faces that he failed to notice what was underfoot. A fish lay quietly on the ground, waiting to be eaten. Tou tripped right over it, falling flat on his face with a heavy thud.

He fell so hard that his loose hair flipped a full two hundred and seventy degrees. His face even skidded across the ground for two meters before finally coming to a stop.

“Master!”

Ji Jie instantly saw a way to avoid punishment. She rushed forward to help Tou up, then sat on the ground herself, pulling him onto her lap.

“Master, the ground is slippery. Please ride on my back when you walk here from now on. I am your maid, please use me as you see fit.”

Ji Jie gently stroked Tou’s now red and swollen cheek. She shot a look at Qiao Qiao and continued, “There, there! Master must be hungry now. Please wait just a moment, and you’ll have some delicious tofu fish to eat!”

At first, Qiao Qiao didn’t understand why Ji Jie was giving her a look, her face a mask of confusion. But Ji Jie’s next words were directed as much at her as they were at Tou.

‘That’s right! If I take good care of this scary big sister, I won’t be punished!’

She was afraid of pain. To avoid being hit, she jumped into the pool with a ‘plop’, found a knife, and then climbed back out with the basket of sauces.

She picked up the tofu fish that had tripped Tou.

Tou moaned, holding his swollen face. Even as Ji Jie attended to him, her mouth didn’t stop for a second.

“You waste, you saw me trip, why didn’t you—ow! It hurts! What are you doing, you bastard?!”

“My apologies, Master. I didn’t mean to hurt you. This is a soothing balm. It will sting when first applied to the wound, but it won’t hurt after that, and your face will heal quickly.”

“Waste! Waste! Waste! Why didn’t you say so earlier? Are you trying to kill me with pain?!”

Tou complained, pinching one of her large breasts in his displeasure.

“Master, I… I’m sorry. I’ll be more careful next time… ah…”

Being grabbed like that made it difficult for her to speak comfortably.

“Hmph! You disgusting bug!” Seeing Ji Jie’s expression, which reminded him of a sow in heat, he slapped her face in disgust.

He then turned to Qiao Qiao, who was cutting the fish. Her pace was not fast enough for his liking, and he barked, “Stupid pig! Are you trying to starve me to death?!”

“Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! I’m a stupid pig! A stupid pig! A stupid pig!”

Thinking Tou was about to hit her, she ducked her head in fear and continued to slice the fish, her voice trembling as she muttered self-deprecating words to spur herself on.

Amidst Tou’s curses and urges, she quickly finished the first plate.

She handed the fish to Ji Jie, then picked up another and got back to work.

“Master, eat slowly. There’s plenty more.”

For convenience, she carried Tou to a mahogany table, arranged the sauces, picked up a piece of fish, dipped it in sauce, and slowly brought it to his mouth.

“Ooh-hee! Mmm, sho good! Mowe! Mowe!”

Once he started eating, Tou was so happy he couldn’t close his mouth. If it weren’t for the fact that the sauce made it taste even better, he would have swallowed all the fish in one go.

“Here, Master. This is all for you, no one will take it. Try this spicy one. You have to chew it well before swallowing, or it might hurt your throat.”

Ji Jie deliberately fed Tou piece by piece. If he ate too quickly, Qiao Qiao wouldn’t be able to keep up, and he would throw another tantrum when the food ran out.

But inside, she was overjoyed. To be able to hold Tou like this, to feed him… this was her paradise.

She truly wished she could take care of him like this every day. If only they could sleep together at night, and she could dress him in Xiao Yuan’s pajamas—that would be the best of all.

“You lowly maid, unhand my husband at once! Feeding him is my duty as his wife!”

Seeing her Little Tou sitting in someone else’s lap and eating, Yue Ye Si’s jealousy flared. She shot up like a cat with its fur on end, rushing to the other side of the table and pointing a finger at Ji Jie’s nose.

“You damn bastard! Who’s your husband? Are you looking for death?!”

Tou’s good mood, so recently restored by the food, was once again shattered by his detestable master. His expression turned foul in an instant. He cursed through gritted teeth, and the hairband behind him shot toward Yue Ye Si again.

Yue Ye Si seethed with frustration. She reluctantly retreated beyond the hairband’s attack range.

“Wuuu… Little Tou, don’t you want your master anymore?” Seeing that force wouldn’t work, Yue Ye Si resorted to a softer approach.

But Tou wasn’t falling for it.
