Hunger and Satiety

Chapter 332,103 words18 min read

“But this time, I want to hear yours,” Yu Qingkong said, her hand suddenly reversing the grip to pin Lin Wanzhao’s hand down. Her long lashes fluttered downward as she finished the last word in a low, grounding voice: “Voice.”

Yu Qingkong didn’t fully understand the nature of the bond between her and Lin Wanzhao, only that she was drawn to her with terrifying ease. She had known plenty of beautiful women and had many close acquaintances, but none had ever been like Lin Wanzhao—someone whose every move could churn the normally placid lake of her heart into a tempest. In Yu Qingkong’s world, most people, no matter how attractive, were essentially just “cabbages.”

Yet, for some reason, everything changed the moment she met Lin Wanzhao.

Every time Yu Qingkong thought she had built up enough self-restraint, she was proven wrong in the very next second. She had truly overestimated herself.

Lin Wanzhao was a literal enchantress at all times, radiating an aura that was impossible to resist. Even though Yu Qingkong had tried so hard to build a wall between them, that wall had collapsed, silently and completely.

“What?”

Lin Wanzhao clearly knew what she meant; her earlobes flushed crimson instantly, yet she feigned ignorance.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about…”

“Perhaps you’ve never seen yourself when you’re moved, CEO Lin,” Yu Qingkong replied, recalling their previous entanglements as she looked at her.

“So, you don’t know just how captivating you are.”

Lin Wanzhao was caught off guard by Yu Qingkong’s sudden dominance. Pinned down on the sofa, she braced her elbows against the cushions and stared back with cat-like eyes at the woman who had clearly become dangerous.

“Am I captivating?”

“Mhm…” Yu Qingkong nodded. She hooked her arm around Lin’s neck and pulled her close, a small flame seemingly flickering in her throat.

“Captivating. Especially when you’re telling me not to stop. If only there were a mirror; I really should let you see what you look like in those moments.”

Hearing this, Lin Wanzhao felt a strange yet familiar sensation wash over her—a mix of discomfort and a sharp spike of excitement. She swallowed hard, her gaze turning hazy. “Liar.”

“You don’t believe me? Then how about… we recreate it…”

As she spoke, Yu Qingkong lifted a lock of Lin’s hair to her nose, inhaling the scent before locking eyes with her and slowly closing the distance.

Lin Wanzhao realized that whenever Yu Qingkong got this close, her body ceased to belong to her. The more she tried to resist, the more it felt like a playful invitation.

“No, let me go first this time…”

Lin Wanzhao tried to advocate for her small wish, but before she could finish, her lips were sealed, and the rest of her words were swallowed back into her throat. Her limbs felt as though they were pinned down, rendered motionless in an instant.

Long after the kiss ended, Yu Qingkong looked down slightly and tilted her head.

“You go first for what?”

“You know… I’m hungry. Let me take the lead…”

Lin Wanzhao arched an eyebrow, her red lips slightly parted as she whispered the request.

“Hungry?” The corner of Yu Qingkong’s mouth twitched upward.

“Yes, what should a kitten do when she’s hungry?”

Lin Wanzhao nodded, her crimson lips pouting slightly. Her gaze drifted from Yu’s neck to her hands, finally settling on her handsome, clear features. She spoke softly,

“Can you really bear to see a kitten so famished?”

“I can’t,” Yu Qingkong whispered into her ear, a faint smile on her lips

“But I think since you’re hungry, we should find a way to solve that problem right now.”

“Right…” Lin Wanzhao lifted her chin and smiled.

“So, are you willing to let the kitten eat her fill?”

Yu Qingkong stared at her, lips pressed tight, before leaning down to press a gentle kiss to the back of Lin’s hand. “I am.”

Lin’s hand twitched reflexively. she bit her lower lip, a smile spreading across her face. But just as she raised her hand to do something, Yu Qingkong leaned in even further, catching her hand and bringing her lips close to Lin’s.

“Since you’ve put it that way, I’ll certainly fulfill the kitten’s wish.”

“Wait, that’s not what I meant! You’re… you’re twisting my words! You’re cheating! I wanted you to behave and let me…”

Lin Wanzhao pressed her hands against Yu’s shoulders to create some space, staring firmly at her.

“Qingkong, you really aren’t behaving at all…”

“Am I twisting words? If I am, I probably learned it from you, CEO Lin. After all, there’s no better mentor. Besides… you seem to quite like it when I break the rules,” Yu Qingkong pulled Lin’s hands down from her shoulders and leaned in closer, laughing softly.

“Don’t you?”

Lin Wanzhao looked at her, feeling a sense of restless longing accumulating by the second. It was becoming impossible to defend against; she wanted to surrender immediately and let the city gates be breached…

“Yes, you’re right, perfectly right…”

Finally, Lin Wanzhao conceded. She stopped resisting and pulled Yu Qingkong toward her. “Qingkong…”

“Mhm.” Yu Qingkong let out a soft hum, the slight nasal tone making her voice sound exceptionally beautiful in this atmosphere.

Lin Wanzhao couldn’t handle the tension any longer. She moved closer, took Yu’s hand, and rested her head on Yu’s shoulder, her voice as light as a feather. “Give it to me…”

Yu Qingkong suddenly found Lin Wanzhao incredibly endearing. That look of absolute need was so adorable that it made her want to tease her—and then completely cherish her.

“You know…” Lin Wanzhao’s breathing grew heavy.

“CEO Lin…”

Yu Qingkong whispered her name, her eyes like a pool of still water—quiet yet mesmerizing.

In an instant, it was like a spark hitting dry tinder. The air in the room seemed to turn humid and scorching all at once. They were like two wild animals just released from their cages, huddling together to communicate their needs through proximity.

“CEO Lin, do you know what you look like right now?”

After a long while, they finally pulled apart. Yu Qingkong’s throat moved as she watched her.

The Lin Wanzhao before her had full lips and a slender neck, her pale skin flushed with a delicate rose hue. She looked exquisite. Moreover, her hazy, blurred gaze acted like a hook, snagging Yu’s heart and making it impossible to escape.

“Me?”

Lin Wanzhao lightly brushed a strand of hair away from her lips.

“Mhm…” Yu Qingkong nodded, her eyes still locked onto her.

“Of course I know…” Lin bit her lip, her shoulders trembling slightly as she stared back.

“I look… desperate. So, Yu Qingkong, do you want to kiss me when I’m like this?”

Hearing those words from Lin Wanzhao was incredibly provocative; it struck a chord deep within Yu’s mind. Yu swallowed hard, leaned in close to her ear, and fought the tremors deep in her body to whisper, “You have a very clear understanding of yourself, CEO Lin.”

“Mhm. I don’t have many strengths, but I have this one: I know exactly who I am,”

Lin Wanzhao whispered, biting her lip again and reaching out to touch the back of Yu’s hand.

“I’m just someone who loves being a mess in front of you. And you seem to like it, don’t you?”

To tell the truth, even just feeling Yu Qingkong’s breath made Lin break out in goosebumps. She couldn’t control her physical reactions—what else could she do?

Lin lifted her chin and looked into Yu’s eyes with a teasing, half-smile.

Yu Qingkong watched her, her throat tightening again. This woman was truly too much to handle. After a moment of silence, Yu kissed her lips, searching carefully. As Lin responded to every touch, the desire to possess her like a rare treasure rose up like a wildfire.

She didn’t know exactly what kind of person Lin Wanzhao was—they hadn’t known each other long enough—but she knew that Lin was the kind of person who could make her lose all reason. Yu Qingkong couldn’t help but think that she was truly done for; every time she encountered this woman, she became inexplicably infatuated.

Throughout the process, both were completely immersed, refusing to part until the very end, wanting only to sink into the deep sea together and stay entangled forever.

They lost track of how many times they went at it. Yu Qingkong only knew she wanted to occupy every inch of her, not stopping until both were utterly exhausted.

It was late. The light in the movie room was dim, the screen had long since gone dark, and the world was silent. Yu Qingkong opened her eyes, breathing quietly as she looked at Lin’s dark hair.

“Is the kitten full yet?”

Lin Wanzhao was nearly incapacitated. She opened her mouth but didn’t have the strength to speak, merely nodding with a flushed face. After such a long time, she felt as if her body no longer belonged to her.

A while later, once she had regained some strength, Lin placed her hand over Yu’s, which was resting loosely in front of her. She tapped it idly before a thought occurred to her. She smiled, her eyes crinkling.

“By the way, didn’t someone once claim they weren’t interested in women? And yet here you are, playing so hard… is your face okay? Is it swollen from all the lying?”

Yu Qingkong went silent for a moment before opening her eyes.

“Does CEO Lin not realize what she does to me every day?”

“Oh? Interesting. Tell me, what do I do every day?”

Lin Wanzhao turned onto her side, looking alluring.

“You’ve been setting bait to catch me from the start. You’ve been trying to get me into bed from day one, haven’t you?”

Yu Qingkong raised an eyebrow.

“So you knew… I thought you were clueless. So, has the little fish bitten the bait? Are you hooked?” Lin teased with a smirk.

Yu Qingkong watched her for a while, smoothing her hair. She looked down and thought for a moment before asking softly, “How does your body feel? Did I hurt you?”

After all, they had been at it for a very long time tonight.

“Hurt? No,”

Lin Wanzhao looked at Yu’s hand and smiled, moving closer. “On the contrary, it felt very good.” It was more than just “good.”

“How good?” Yu asked.

Lin’s smile widened, her voice dropping low.

“So good that I don’t want you to ever leave me.”

Yu Qingkong instinctively pulled her closer, looking down at her beautiful shoulder blades. “Does that mean we should continue?”

Lin Wanzhao froze instantly. She snapped her eyes open and shook her head frantically. “Continue? No, no, no… enough, really… I have no strength left…” she was truly at her limit.

“So, it really works like that…”

Yu Qingkong murmured, as if having uncovered a universal truth.

“Yes, if I did that to you for hours, see if you wouldn’t be sore all over.”

Lin glanced at her, her ears turning red, and she turned her head away again.

“If you ever have the strength, you’re welcome to try,”

Yu Qingkong said with a playful smile. Though, last time she seemed fine? Even if she fell asleep, it was mostly because she hadn’t slept much and had been too busy during the day.

“You… finding it fun to tease me now, are you…”

Lin trailed off, lazily pulling the thin blanket over herself. Her voice lost its edge as she muttered to herself, “Yu Qingkong, don’t worry, I’m keeping score. I’ll pay you back for everything… eventually… just like last time…”

Before she could finish, Yu Qingkong wrapped her arms around her from behind. She held her tightly—so tightly that Lin felt as if she might fall apart.

Lin was stunned for a moment, not knowing how to react. She instinctively tried to turn her head.

“Hey?”

But Yu Qingkong only held her tighter, resting her chin on Lin’s head. She closed her eyes and whispered,

“Even though everything you wanted to do is done… can I just hold you like this for a little while longer?”
