“Who is Ye Qingrou?” the three female disciples demanded chillingly the moment they entered the room.
Their tone clearly indicated trouble. Mo Qinyin immediately rose, drawing her personal sword as she moved towards the entrance.
“What do you want?” Mo Qinyin asked, her expression unfriendly. “What business do you have with Sister Ye Qingrou?”
“Hmph! Get out of the way. We’re not here for you.” The leading female disciple sneered, glancing dismissively at Mo Qinyin.
Within the Five Poisons Sect, intermediate disciples were few, making it obvious she wasn’t one of them.
“Then I apologize,” Mo Qinyin stated coldly. “This is our residence. I must ask you to leave.”
However, the cultivation of these three far surpassed Mo Qinyin’s. The leading disciple, seeing Mo Qinyin unwilling to move, raised an eyebrow.
She immediately unleashed her aura, which manifested as a palpable pressure of wind.
Mo Qinyin’s pupils contracted. Instinctively, she recoiled under the oppressive force, a clear sign that her opponent’s cultivation was significantly higher than her own.
“What exactly do you want?” Mo Qinyin demanded. “We don’t know you, nor have we offended you. Why are you causing trouble for Sister Qingrou?”
The leading disciple, however, offered no reply to Mo Qinyin’s questions. Instead, she struck out with a palm.
Mo Qinyin was sent flying, landing heavily on the ground with blood seeping from the corner of her mouth. She had been utterly unable to withstand the attack.
“Hmph, a mere ant skilled in trivialities dares to question me?” Hun Yiyu stated flatly. “Listen well. My name is Hun Yiyu, an original disciple of the Five Poisons Sect, with exceptional strength. As for what we’re doing, that’s none of your concern.”
Mo Qinyin’s face was contorted in anger. This was the martial world: if others were stronger, they could bully you at will.
Ye Qingyun quickly moved to Mo Qinyin’s side and helped her up.
“Qinyin, they’re looking for me. Don’t interfere; you’re no match for them,” Ye Qingyun said in a low voice.
“But, Sister, they clearly mean trouble,” Mo Qinyin insisted, having already discerned their malicious intent.
“Hmph, don’t worry. I have my ways. Let’s see what they want first.” Ye Qingyun scoffed.
After helping Mo Qinyin to her feet, he calmly walked over to Hun Yiyu, facing her with composure.
“I am Ye Qingrou,” Ye Qingyun inquired. “May I ask, Senior Sisters, to what do we owe this visit?”
Hun Yiyu first scrutinized Ye Qingyun, then offered a sinister smile.
“Oh, so you’re Ye Qingrou,” Hun Yiyu said sharply. “It’s nothing major. Just that a certain Senior Sister wishes to meet you, so we’ve been sent to fetch you.”
In her eyes, Ye Qingyun was merely an insignificant ant, barely proficient in his skills. Had someone not ordered her to come, she would likely never have known Ye Qingyun’s existence.
“I see. And which Senior Sister wishes to meet me?” Ye Qingyun pressed.
However, Hun Yiyu had no intention of answering Ye Qingyun.
“You’ll know once you’re there,” Hun Yiyu said, stepping aside to reveal the doorway. “Come on, don’t waste our time.”
Ye Qingyun knew he couldn’t refuse. If he didn’t go willingly, they would likely drag him there by force.
“Sister, you can’t go! They don’t have good intentions,” Mo Qinyin urged again.
The moment these words left her lips, the expressions of the three female disciples darkened. It was clear they were on the verge of taking action if provoked further.
Ye Qingyun also noticed this.
“Alright, I’ll go. Please lead the way,” Ye Qingyun quickly assented.
The three women, who had been ready to teach Mo Qinyin a lesson, immediately reined in their hostile postures upon hearing Ye Qingyun’s agreement.
“Hmph, at least you’re sensible,” Hun Yiyu sneered. “You brat, learn from your sister. This is the Five Poisons Sect, not your home. Here, whoever has the biggest fist calls the shots.”
With that, she led Ye Qingyun out of the room.
The three formed a triangular formation, sandwiching Ye Qingyun in the center, seemingly to prevent any escape attempt.
Mo Qinyin quickly rushed out. However, instead of immediately pursuing Ye Qingyun and the others, she followed discreetly behind, intending to discover their destination.
Soon, Ye Qingyun followed the three disciples to an underground palace within the Five Poisons Sect. This was where the original disciples of the sect resided.
They stayed beneath the surface, while the newly inducted disciples and former Phoenix Immortal Sect members remained above ground. This arrangement served to prevent detection by cultivators from other sects.
The four walked down a long, subterranean corridor, eventually arriving at the entrance of a stone chamber.
Upon reaching the door, Hun Yiyu took out a communication token and spoke into it.
“Senior Sister Li, we’ve brought the person you requested.”
Hearing the name “Senior Sister Li,” Ye Qingyun immediately thought of Li Qing, the referee from their Third Arena.
‘It’s her? Why is she looking for me? Could it be that she’s interested in my abilities?’ Ye Qingyun quickly considered his unique skills.
He knew that those in the Demonic Path disregarded all rules; they were always defiant of heaven and unrestrained.
Soon, the heavy stone door creaked open. However, as it did, sounds of men and women reveling in pleasure drifted out from within.
The sounds were deeply embarrassing, causing Ye Qingyun to frown profoundly. He had a distinct feeling that this situation was taking a turn for the worse.
“Go on in. Senior Sister Li is waiting for you,” Hun Yiyu said coldly.
Ye Qingyun hesitated for a moment, but then a female disciple behind him suddenly shoved him forward. He stumbled into the chamber, and the stone door immediately slammed shut behind him.
Inside, Li Qing was engaged in a compromising act with a male disciple. The woman was truly shameless; upon Ye Qingyun’s entry, she merely cast a fleeting glance before continuing her activity.
Crucially, the male disciple also treated Ye Qingyun as if he were invisible. He seemed completely lost in his desires, oblivious to everything as he fervently pleased Li Qing.
Ye Qingyun quickly averted his gaze after a brief glance. The male disciple was enveloped in a thick, purple aura, indicating he was completely dominated by desire.
However, that aura of desire clearly originated from Li Qing, having been transferred to him.
It seemed Li Qing specialized in the Demonic Path’s dual cultivation techniques, particularly in controlling others. This male disciple was evidently under her sway.
“Heh heh, Junior Sister Ye, you’ve arrived?” Li Qing said, casting a faint glance at Ye Qingyun.
The astonishing part was that, even while speaking, the woman didn’t cease her actions; she continued her activity as she talked, a testament to her utter shamelessness.
“It’s you, Senior Sister Li. You certainly have a peculiar taste,” Ye Qingyun said, his expression devoid of emotion. “Perhaps I should wait outside and return after you’re finished.”
He was already actively controlling his emotions. Though the scene before him was deeply uncomfortable, it wasn’t enough to truly faze him.
“Oh, no need. I’m almost done,” Li Qing replied, her face radiating enjoyment.
Li Qing was remarkably composed. She continued for over ten minutes, draining the male disciple of his Yang essence before finally releasing him.
Such acts of seizing Yang essence were quite common in the Demonic Path.
After releasing the man, Li Qing calmly dressed herself, then fixed a collected gaze upon Ye Qingyun.
Honestly, Ye Qingyun truly marveled at the woman’s brazenness.
She wasn’t unattractive, yet how could she be so shameless? The cultivation methods of the Demonic Path were indeed chaotic and perverse.
Many disciples favored seizing the Yin and Yang essence of others for their cultivation, believing it would yield results twice as fast with half the effort.
Ye Qingyun used his system to scan Li Qing. The scan revealed a high level of danger; in other words, Ye Qingyun would find it very difficult to defeat her.
