Queen Lan turned her head, looking at the man who had grabbed her hand, and furrowed her brow.

“Again, it’s you?”

The man stood tall, dressed in a crisp black suit, with straight, mid-length hair and a stern, cold expression.

I was sitting on a bench, noticing the commotion over by Queen Lan, and stood up to head over.

“Miss, this is supposed to be your class time. Why are you here?”

The suited man, unmoved, held tightly to Queen Lan’s hand.

Queen Lan struggled fiercely but couldn’t break free.

She glared at the man, saying, “I don’t need you to tell me where I can go!”

“All of Miss’s actions are under the full supervision of the old gentleman,” the man replied coldly.

“You!”

Queen Lan struggled again, saying, “Why are you so rigid? Even Little Leilei isn’t like you!”

“Who is Little Leilei?”

The suited man asked.

“None of your business! Let go, or I’ll get angry!”

Queen Lan snapped.

“Ma… Lan, what’s wrong?”

I had by then reached them, confused by the scene before me.

“Li Qingchen, help me get rid of this pervert!”

Queen Lan glared angrily at the suited man.

‘Get rid of a pervert? Me? No, no, I’m not a pervert. Well, I guess the more I explain, the blacker it looks. I’ll just keep my thoughts to myself.’

The suited man turned to me, asking, “So, you’re Li Qingchen?”

“You know me?”

I pointed to myself.

The suited man ignored my question, instead asking, “Were you the one who went out with this girl last weekend?”

“Well, technically, she asked me.”

I recalled the miserable convention date from last weekend. How do you even know about that?

Queen Lan shouted at me again.

‘Wait, Queen Lan, you’re being harassed? So, the pervert you were talking about is him? But a pervert this big, I’ve never seen before! Are you sure you want me to handle him, and not the other way around?’

I stared blankly at the suited man, unsure of how to respond.

But the suited man didn’t answer, instead continuing to hold onto Queen Lan while slowly approaching me with a cold expression.

I backed away, speaking to the suited man.

But the suited man kept advancing, still holding onto Queen Lan, who was forced to move with him. She bit her lip, glaring at the suited man.

I started to panic, backing away continuously.

“No, sir, don’t come any closer. Let’s just calm down for a moment, okay? I’m not saying being a pervert is a bad thing, after all, every profession is equal, right? In a moment of desperation, I had an idea.

I pointed at the suited man’s crotch and shouted, “Sir, your zipper is open!”
