The Princess’s First Period

Chapter 381,193 words10 min read

“Ha! Ah!” The muscles of the orc, slick with sweat, bulged with strain, veins throbbing as the mighty cleaver slashed through the air with a roaring gust!

The goblin was not to be outdone. Its tremulous, colossal mechanical arm, black drill biting at the tip, struck the cleaver with a shower of sparks!

“Crash!” The mech engineer’s haymaker landed, sending the orc’s teeth flying, a mouthful of blood spraying in its wake.

“Clang!” The orc’s great sword hacked into the mech’s hydraulic gear. A spray of dark oil splattered across the arena’s sands…

The fight was more intense and protracted than anticipated, these duelists truly giving it their all.

I slipped away, heading for the bathroom.

But in the dim hallway, I saw a familiar figure emerging from the women’s restroom.

If I had known, I would have teleported back to my suite. However, I disliked the disorienting sensation of teleportation, at least for something as trivial as using the bathroom.

The bathroom was an odd place, somehow reminding me that I, and Faein-senpai just out of it, were women.

Yet, I felt uneasy entering the women’s restroom, as I was fundamentally male. Seeing her emerge only served to emphasize that she was a woman, and that I, by nature, should be interested in her. It was not as if I had chosen this situation.

“S-senpai,” I said awkwardly.

Faein-senpai, unperturbed, approached and replied with a hint of bitterness, “I never thought the princess would visit a public women’s restroom.”

She called me ‘princess’ in private, a clear sign of her anger. Yet, I had done nothing wrong.

“Hmph! Occasionally experiencing the life of the common folk is a princess’s duty,” I replied, arms crossed, leaning against the wall.

“Hmm? But will the princess know how to use such public facilities? Perhaps I should teach you?” Her voice took on a sultry tone as she drew closer, and I struggled to keep my composure.

“Eeh? No, that’s okay…”

“Hmm, then go ahead. If you have any trouble, just call me. I’ll be waiting here.”

“It’s not like I’m a child, I can manage going to the bathroom on my own!”

Faein pressed me against the wall, a hand on either side of my head, and gently brushed back a strand of hair. Her fingers trailed down my cheek, pressing against my lips: “Tell me, what’s with that poster? Did you model for it?”

I realized she hadn’t been there when I summoned Rodis. “Of course not! They just hired an artist to copy the magical image, I had no idea.”

Faein seemed to relax, cupping my chin and turning my face to meet her gaze: “I will win this competition. I will gain the right to educate you.”

“Eh?”

“Or do you prefer Suriya wins?”

Her words struck a chord of sadness in me: “Senpai, I…”

“What?”

“Though I’m grateful for your efforts, senpai, I’m afraid you can’t win. Suriya is a Level 8 Sword Damsel and a vampire, naturally strong in both magic and physical combat, capable of battling above her level. She is the strongest in this dungeon, and a vicious, formidable duelist. You, though strong, are only Level 5, and human. You can’t defeat her, it would be dangerous.”

Faein sighed: “You’re concerned for me?”

“Not at all. I simply don’t wish for you to be injured for my sake. Suriya’s power is immense, she’s truly formidable.”

“So, you enjoy being embraced by her, dancing with her?”

“Senpai, you, you’re saying strange things. I don’t want the talented girl you are to suffer unnecessary setbacks, especially since Suriya is actually 500 years old. Perhaps one day, you could…”

“Be quiet.” Faein placed a finger over my lips: “I will win the competition!”

Her eyes held a resolve that brooked no argument. She seemed to be speaking to herself: “I will not…”

“Senpai?”

Startled, Faein’s face reddened, and she covered her mouth, revealing a rarely seen shy girl’s blush. Despite her towering height.

She stepped back, her ample chest heaving with excitement. I wondered what would happen if I pushed her against the wall.

But I lacked the confidence to try, though I felt I would, one day.

“You should go. I’ll wait here.”

“Okay.” The tension was palpable, and I entered the women’s restroom, unconcerned about other women, as my male consciousness would have been embarrassed.

In the stall, I finally relaxed: “Faein-senpai, just now, she said she couldn’t again… What did she mean? Why challenge Suriya?”

I felt a strange, unfamiliar pain below. Tension gripped me, and I looked down…

A red stain spread across the water’s surface.

“Ah! What is this?”

Though I knew, as a man, that women menstruated, I was unprepared for the reality, and cried out.

“Coolie! What’s wrong?”

Hearing the sword’s draw, Faein burst in, but finding the bathroom normal, stayed near the door.

A snap, and the lock shattered. She kicked the door open, sword in hand, eyes sharp with worry, a look I’d never seen before.

I instinctively pulled my legs together, hiding with a hand, my face pale and averted.

The silence was deafening, only her breathing breaking it. She hadn’t mocked me, looked down on me?

I raised my head, timid, expecting her to be worried. But Faein, seeing me unharmed but disheveled and embarrassed, looked down, and understood.

Her stern gaze softened, and she smiled indulgently: “What’s this? Our little princess has become a true woman?”

“Th-that… Faein-senpai… don’t look…”

Her smile widened, and she leaned in, whispering in my ear: “Alright, sister won’t look. Don’t be scared, sister’s here. This is a normal physiological phenomenon for women, might be a little painful, first time might be hard, but you’ll get used to it. Not sure how to handle it? Come, sister will teach you.”

“S-sister…”

“What’s wrong, shaking so? First time? Seems a bit late, but a few days before the coming-of-age ritual is perfect, shows you’re a healthy girl, like sister. Not prepared? No matter, sister’s ring has high-quality, clean, soft supplies, use sister’s.”

Why was senpai so gentle?

“Sis—!”

I clung to her, sobbing.

Senpai, the more you’re kind to me, the more I feel ashamed, you don’t know, this, for me, is a blow, a humiliation, different from other girls!

The bloody truth, cruelly announcing, I, am completely a girl in body!

I don’t want this healthy, complete female body!

Faein-senpai wouldn’t understand why I cried so bitterly, but she felt my fear and pain. She held me, warming my fragile heart with her body warmth, “There, there, don’t cry, sister shouldn’t have been angry, sister will protect you, take care of you, won’t she?”

She wept, her full breasts pressed against my budding ones, arms around me, patting my back.

I knew, in this dark, cold dungeon, my soul, now fully female, wouldn’t have faced this humiliation and shame without her charging in.

Faein-senpai wiped my tears, took out her own supplies, and patiently taught me how to use them. I felt lucky to have such a sister.

Sometimes she’d get angry, give me a hard time, or do things I couldn’t handle. But I loved her.
