Chapter 451,432 words12 min read

Subtitle: Why does someone always want to cause a big stir?

To be frank, Qiweiya was utterly furious! Just last night, she had endured a lecture from Angela.

Now, bright and early this morning, her sister Nagornes Darkness had called with an urgent message. [Sis, it’s bad! Those humans are messing with my lair again! Come down and help me quickly!]

And so, with a rare early start, Qiweiya hastily made her way to the Demon Realm.

A resonant hum filled the air. As Qiweiya emerged from the teleportation array, she found herself face-to-face with Kazhan Aileika, the current Demon Queen.

The original Demon Emperor Kazhan, after all, had departed this world ten millennia ago.

Qiweiya offered an awkward, “Hello…”

Aileika’s now voluptuous figure made Qiweiya shy away from looking too closely. Though Aileika had transformed into a female, shedding the… *cough, cough, cough*, her vitality still pulsed with fervent energy.

‘As for feeling restless? How could that possibly be!’ Qiweiya thought to herself. ‘I, Qiweiya, still have my own adorable loli form! If I were to feel any heat, it would be for myself!’

Aileika, at this moment, was simply brimming with allure. The instant she spotted Qiweiya, she launched herself forward in a delighted pounce.

Caught completely off guard, Qiweiya was instantly pinned beneath her.

“Get off me, quickly!” Qiweiya struggled, shouting. “You’re crushing me to death!”

Aileika’s captivating purple eyes gazed down at Qiweiya with tender amusement. “Not a chance~ I find Qiweiya’s ‘don’t want to’ expression absolutely adorable! I want to admire it a little longer!”

Qiweiya, fixing Aileika with a deadpan stare, forcefully pushed her away. “Where did you come from, you little brat? Give me back my dignified and majestic Aileika!”

Aileika feigned covering her pretty face. “Wuwuwu~ My Qiweiya doesn’t recognize me anymore? I’m so distressed and tearful~”

Qiweiya’s eyebrows twitched with irritation as she watched the queen, who seemed to shed all dignity the moment she was in her presence. ‘She’s so majestic and imposing in front of others! Yet with me, she transforms into a complete goofball? Do I somehow possess an aura that turns everyone into a clown? I’m clearly so intelligent, lively, and eloquent! How could I possibly have such an effect?’

Qiweiya nudged Aileika, who stood over 1.7 meters tall, with her foot. She then spoke in a syrupy sweet tone that could kill without consequence. “Do you still want your dear subjects, my queen~? I happen to know they’ve placed all their hopes in you~”

Hearing Qiweiya’s words, Aileika sobered instantly. “Come with me. This matter truly requires your assistance alone to resolve…”

Qiweiya, observing Aileika’s peculiar expression, grew immensely curious. What kind of situation could possibly make this queen, who was always so unwaveringly confident in public, display such a look?

Following Aileika, they arrived before a heavily sealed door. Aileika’s gaze turned eerie as she asked Qiweiya, “Are you ready?”

Qiweiya found herself growing somewhat tense. They had just navigated secret passages and bypassed formidable guards, only to encounter a new type of demonic exclusive defense: fortifications capable of instantly obliterating a god-level entity without a trace, leaving nothing but empty air.

Qiweiya girded herself, her expression resolute. “I’m ready.”

With a loud, grinding *gagagaga*, the mechanical seals on the massive, airtight door began to unlock. As it slowly opened, Qiweiya finally glimpsed the object within.

Qiweiya pointed at the object, her voice laced with utter disbelief. “This is the ‘extraordinary’ thing you were talking about?…”

Aileika simply nodded. “I don’t even know what expression to wear when facing you right now!”

Qiweiya felt an overwhelming urge to angrily smash a keyboard. Though such a device didn’t exist in this world, the desire was potent.

Thus, Aileika watched as Qiweiya suddenly manifested a flat, blackish, rectangular slab covered with unknown buttons. She promptly hurled it to the ground, stomped on it several times, and only then did she cease her cathartic rampage, looking utterly refreshed.

Aileika looked utterly perplexed. “What were you just doing?”

Qiweiya cleared her throat. “Ahem, ahem! Pay no mind to it; that was merely a display of my performance art. Now, let us finally deal with this cursed thing.”

Qiweiya walked over to the massive, missile-shaped object, which bore the unmistakable symbol of a nuclear warhead. Carefully, she tapped its surface with a finger.

A faint *clang* resonated. As Qiweiya felt the warhead’s surface, her divine power meticulously analyzed its structure. While such an endeavor sounded solemn, one look at the inscriptions carved into the warhead would shatter any sense of gravity.

Emblazoned on its side were phrases like ‘Princess Qiweiya’s Material,’ ‘Order of Balance, Unrivaled Under Heaven,’ and ‘World Nuclear Peace.’ To top it off, at its very center was the symbol of humanity’s object of worship—one that Qiweiya herself had unwittingly inspired. Truly, a masterpiece of absurdity!

‘Humans are truly defying the heavens now!’ Qiweiya thought, aghast. ‘They’re using a warhead inscribed with my name to bomb the demons? It feels like a simplified version of… well, a crude insult. Regardless, this warhead genuinely possesses the destructive power of a nuclear bomb.’

‘Did I simply underestimate human ‘black technology,’ or have they undergone an instant evolution?’ she mused. ‘Where did they even acquire the periodic table? How are they creating genuine nuclear bombs, just like those from the original Earth?’

Qiweiya turned to Aileika, her expression grave. “Tell me! Was your father killed by this very weapon back then? And now he’s sending you dreams, urging you to dutifully seal this super weapon away?”

Aileika delivered a sharp smack to Qiweiya’s head. “While I’m not entirely sure what on earth you’re implying, I solemnly assure you that my father died a natural death! It was certainly not as ‘low’ as you imagine.”

“The true reason this object is so rigorously sealed here is because we have personally witnessed its devastating power!”

Qiweiya rubbed her head. “You say you’ve witnessed it? So, do your wheat fields now yield an impossible bounty, instantly surpassing even the legendary ‘Golden Fertilizer’? Or has everyone transformed into Captain America, capable of wielding steel pots, slapping gods, and defying the very heavens?”

Aileika wrinkled her brow in exasperation, complaining, “While your words sound incredibly potent, I highly doubt you’re using them in complimentary terms… And you’ve definitely snuck some strange oddities into your descriptions!”

Qiweiya waved a dismissive hand. “My dear~ You’ve simply inverted my meaning. You need to understand it in reverse to grasp my true intent.”

Aileika clamped a hand over Qiweiya’s mouth. “Can’t you be serious for just a moment? My subjects are being tormented by a strange plague! I am utterly helpless!”

“Furthermore, the people’s hatred for humanity has reached an unprecedented peak… If this continues, the peaceful coexistence and separation of our two realms, which you’ve always championed, will become utterly meaningless!”

Qiweiya gently pushed Aileika’s hand away, sighing with resignation. “While I have a rough idea of what caused this illness, even if I cure them, your people will still launch an attack on the mortal realm, won’t they?”

“After so many years of constant clashes and friction, the public’s fury can no longer be contained. This missile, it’s like a battering ram for war between our two realms, poised to ignite a truly brutal conflict.”

Aileika conceded with a helpless nod. “While that is indeed true, I cannot simply stand by and watch these warriors, who fought for our nation, linger in agony, wishing for death! They are my soldiers, and I cannot bear to see them in such a state!”

Qiweiya gritted her teeth. “Very well! I will save your people… But you must promise me this: you cannot harm the innocent populace of the mortal realm.”

“Otherwise, I will personally enter the fray and show absolutely no quarter!”

Aileika pondered for a moment before speaking with difficulty. “Agreed, but I cannot guarantee whether those on the verge of breaking will truly adhere to my commands.”

“Nevertheless, I will forcefully impose strict military discipline upon them.”

Qiweiya nodded. “Remember your promise, Aileika…”

After a brief silence, Qiweiya turned. “I’m going to check on your soldiers’ condition now.”

Aileika stretched out a hand, but Qiweiya had already vanished. Tears welled in her eyes, a pained whisper escaping her lips. ‘Why did it come to this… I was the first one to see her! Yet now, I am the furthest from her!’

Within the secret chamber, the muffled sobs of the queen, who loved Qiweiya so deeply, echoed mournfully.
