I was heading towards Nomu’s location based on the original story.
‘Is it here?’
After an hour’s journey, I arrived at a forest.
It was an ordinary forest, much like any other.
Trees were rooted firmly in the ground.
I extended my senses.
‘It’s a shame I don’t have a proper sword technique.’
I had made remarkable progress over the past 10 years.
Initially, my senses could only cover a 5-meter radius, but now I could perceive up to 50 meters.
‘There it is.’
Something caught my attention.
‘Underground!’
I leaped back.
At that very moment, Nomu erupted from the ground where I had been standing.
“Roooaaar!”
Bursting forth, Nomu seemed devoid of intelligence.
It only roared mindlessly.
As I was analyzing Nomu, it vanished.
‘Where?’
Unfazed, I extended my senses again.
‘Above!’
Nomu was plummeting from the sky.
At an incredible speed.
‘This is…’
If I tried to block it with my knife, I would be crushed along with it.
Quickly assessing the situation, I retreated.
Simultaneously, Nomu crashed into the ground.
Boom!
The deafening roar reverberated through me.
However, my body, now approaching superhuman levels, withstood the impact.
If I were still an ordinary human, my eardrums would have ruptured.
‘It’s been 10 years since I awakened to Game Life.’
Engrossed in my enjoyable life with Himiko, I hadn’t realized how much time had passed.
As I reminisced about our happy moments, Nomu charged, as if reminding me of its presence.
I snapped back to reality, preparing to eliminate Nomu.
I was now certain.
Nomu was no match for me.
Having fully grasped its capabilities, I positioned myself.
As Nomu drew near, I struck.
Thud
Nomu’s head, cleanly severed, rolled across the ground.
‘Just in case…’
To be certain, I stomped on the severed head, crushing it.
I then thoroughly dismembered the headless body, anticipating regeneration.
“Haa…”
As the tension from the battle dissipated, a chilling sensation washed over me.
My entire being screamed danger.
I knew better than to ignore such instincts.
I tensed, resuming my stance. The fight wasn’t over.
A figure emerged from the shadows.
“Oh dear. Nomu is dead.”
The figure, clad in a suit and wearing a gas mask-like apparatus, slowly approached.
“Interesting. I had no knowledge of your existence.”
He spoke languidly, but I couldn’t reply.
My body shrieked warnings of impending doom.
Mustering superhuman willpower, I uttered a single word, “Shigaraki.”
He tilted his head slightly. “You know me?”
“Yes.”
Shigaraki. The final boss of My Hero Academia.
His Quirk, All For One, was the predecessor to One For All, used by All Might and Izuku Midoriya.
One For All was created specifically to counter All For One.
Shigaraki spoke, “Hmm. How intriguing. I’d like to spare you, but my instincts urge me to eliminate you immediately.”
His inhuman face contorted into a wide grin.
“I apologize, but you must die here.”
I felt something approaching rapidly.
‘Himiko…’
I immediately terminated the game. I saw no way to defeat Shigaraki.
[Terminating game.]
[Calculating experience.]
[Toga Himiko’s bond level is 7.]
[Acquired 50 bonus points for achieving bond level 7.]
[Level up.]
[Acquired 100 points.]
[Unlocked an additional game slot for reaching level 20.]
“Gasp!”
Back in reality, I caught my breath.
The terror of death still clung to me.
“Haa…haa…”
After several deep breaths, I assessed the situation.
‘I can’t enter the My Hero Academia world for a while.’
Having encountered Shigaraki, I had two options: acquire a means of escape before he attacked, or attain the power to defeat him.
‘The former is impossible.’
Shigaraki was already in the process of attacking me.
In a world of superhumans, attacks were swift.
I could be killed before I could react.
‘I must become stronger…’
Only one option remained.
To surpass Shigaraki in strength.
This required prioritizing.
What was my most pressing need?
‘A proper sword technique.’
I was strong in the My Hero Academia world, capable of defeating Nomu.
But if I possessed a true sword technique? I would be twice as strong.
‘I need to acquire a sword technique.’
I checked my points.
[Available Points: 150]
‘I should increase my stats first.’
I invested 100 points.
[Lee Suho
Level: 20
Strength: 20 Stamina: 20 Agility: 20 Intelligence: 20 Vitality: 20]
Vitality was currently useless, but I increased it for numerical symmetry.
As my stats increased, I felt a change.
‘Oh.’
My body transcended human limitations, entering the realm of superhuman.
Of course, this level of power was still relatively weak in the superhuman spectrum.
‘Still…’
I was satisfied with the improvement.
I opened the random draw.
‘It has to be here.’
Acquiring a powerful sword technique here would resolve most of my concerns.
Then, all that remained would be to diligently hone my skills.
I invested the remaining 50 points, and the result was satisfying.
[Demonic Sword Technique Lv.1
Grants the ability to use the Demonic Sword Technique.]
The description was concise, but I was content. I understood the immense value contained within that single line.
Having acquired a sword technique, it was time to gain practical experience.
Training alone wouldn’t suffice.

Having reached level 20, an additional world became available.
[List of Selectable Worlds]
-One Piece
-Demon Slayer
-Attack on Titan
Three worlds were available.
However, only one captured my attention.
[Demon Slayer]
One Piece was too dangerous for my current strength, and I was too powerful for Attack on Titan.
Demon Slayer was the perfect choice.
It offered the ideal level of challenge to hone my skills.
I selected Demon Slayer.
[You have selected Demon Slayer.]
