Subtitle: Beg for Mercy, Be My Grandson!

Today was a beautiful day, with clear skies and not a cloud in sight—that is, assuming no one was around to ruin the atmosphere.

“Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da~ Lock on, intersecting gazes, transform~ Drive this impulse with an ambiguous smile…” Qiweiya hummed a song she used to love before her transmigration—a song titled “Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da” (the author had warned that its full name was quite long, so I wouldn’t be accused of padding the word count).

At least, that was the case before Tita Coris arrived.

Once she did, the atmosphere shifted to: “Holy crap! Why are you looking for me too? Oh, by the way! My song is pretty good, isn’t it? Want to learn it? I guarantee you’ll be a sensation across the entire school!”

By this point, Tita Coris had come to understand just how erratic Qiweiya’s personality truly was. No one knew the limits of her capriciousness, and perhaps no one dared to find out.

Tita Coris sighed. “Namoshuai, if you could just be a little more serious, we wouldn’t have to work so hard.”

Qiweiya bounced over to the frowning Tita Coris. “Come on, come on~ Don’t wrinkle your face like that~ Otherwise, you’ll truly end up looking like a stray dog!”

The image of her own face, wrinkled like a stray dog’s, made Tita Coris burst into laughter. “Pfft~”

Qiweiya was delighted. At least the girl was smiling, wasn’t she?

Tita Coris suddenly snapped back to reality. “No, wait! I really do have something urgent to tell you, Namoshuai!”

Qiweiya gently stroked the butterfly fluttering its colorful wings in her palm. “What’s wrong? Nothing major can happen at school anyway~ The teachers handle all the big stuff, so what’s there to be afraid of?”

Tita Coris grew agitated. “No, it’s not that! The Magic Arts Department injured our classmate!”

Qiweiya’s attention sharpened slightly. “Hm? What happened?”

“Well, the Lumixi sisters from our class were adjusting their Twin Constructs today, just as they usually do. Some students from the Magic Arts Department passed by the adjustment room, saw them, and started mocking their constructs, calling them trash and utterly useless! They claimed their own pure Magic Arts were incomparable!”

Qiweiya’s hand trembled slightly. “…And then?”

“Then they fought! Although Lumixi and her sister won, they were severely injured by the current chief of the Magic Arts Department!”

A sudden boom—the butterfly, startled, flew away!

Qiweiya’s icy gaze fixed on Tita Coris. “Tell me… where is that chief now?”

Tita Coris, almost breathless under Qiweiya’s oppressive aura, stammered, “In… in their Magic Arts Department’s combat training area.”

Qiweiya smiled, a chilling, emotionless smile like winter’s ice and snow. “A combat training area, you say? What a perfect venue… Let me see just how bold he is, daring to lay a hand on my people!”

With a ‘bang,’ shattered stones scattered. By the time Tita Coris reacted, Qiweiya was already a mere speck in the distance.

The fierce winds howled against Qiweiya’s delicate young face, yet they could not calm her furious heart!

It was crucial to understand that the students of the Aberrant Department were not bad children by any means. Each one was a brilliant existence, hailed as a genius; not a single one was a weakling!

When Qiweiya first arrived, she had recognized the immense suffering these children endured. They were shunned by ordinary people precisely because they were geniuses, and envied by other departments precisely because of their diverse talents. This was also why Semuri had placed her in this particular class.

Yet today, the very people she was meant to protect had been severely injured right under her nose, and she only found out because someone else informed her! To Qiweiya, this was a blatant provocation, a resounding slap to her face.

What’s more, the victims were the twin sisters she held in high regard. Those poor children, daughters of a clan leader, had been stripped of their power by their own family and sent to an academy far from home for training. Upon graduation, they would undoubtedly be assigned to serve the family’s interests.

Qiweiya gritted her teeth, her gaze fixed on the dazzling magical lights erupting from the Magic Arts Department’s combat training area, which was drawing ever closer. ‘Soon, your entire department will be joining Lumixi in the infirmary!’

The teachers and students of the Magic Arts Department were still absorbed in experimenting with their various magic tools when suddenly, a wave of air blasted over them.

When they opened their eyes and focused, they discovered a stunningly beautiful young girl in an ice-blue gauze dress, her emerald green eyes wide as she swept her gaze across them.

Qiweiya looked at the young men and women before her. “Which of you… is the chief who injured the Aberrant Department student? And the two who caused trouble, step forward as well!”

A middle-aged man grumbled as he walked over. “Hey you! Don’t you know we’re in class? Come with me to the Security Department to receive your punishment now!”

Under Qiweiya’s icy stare, the middle-aged man actually reached out, intending to grab her shoulder.

Qiweiya’s pupils sharply contracted. “Scum! Am I someone you can touch?!”

With a resounding ‘bang!’, the middle-aged man was sent flying out of the combat training area by a mere wave of Qiweiya’s hand, landing on the ground before his own students, coughing up mouthfuls of blood.

Under the terrified gazes of the students, Qiweiya uttered a chilling threat, her voice as detached as death itself: “If you don’t quickly give me an answer… you’ll end up even worse than this scum~”

“Stop yelling! I’ll come out myself!” A proud, loli-like voice declared, and then a charming, orange-haired, red-eyed girl, somewhere between a maiden and a loli, stepped forward.

Qiweiya gave a cold smile. “You’re their chief? What about the two troublemakers? I’m not just asking for you!”

Annoyed, the girl retrieved her magic-user equipment from her spatial ring: a magic staff. It instantly reminded Qiweiya of the staffs she’d seen in the magical girl anime series (like Nanoha) she watched as a child.

The slender staff was nearly as tall as the girl herself, which wasn’t the real issue. The problem was that this staff only worsened Qiweiya’s mood! ‘What a joke! Your staff is taller than me! Is it constantly reminding me that I’m under 1.6 meters tall?!’

Qiweiya felt herself nearing her breaking point. “Since it’s you, then let’s have a fight! Whoever loses will be beaten half to death by the other, and whoever begs for mercy is a grandson! Do you dare to accept the challenge?”

The girl smiled. “While your display just now certainly surprised me, I don’t think that level of power is enough to scare me! Don’t look down on me!”

After everyone had retreated to the sidelines, the girl waved her staff, and a magical ray carved a dividing line. “Our people have cleared the field! Before we begin, allow me to introduce myself: Vatican Mikoruru. I am the chief of the Magic Arts Department, and this year’s super genius.”

Qiweiya flicked her wrists, and two ice-blue revolvers slid into her grasp. “Aberrant Department’s No. 1: Wodetian Weisinmo Namoshuai Shuaide Buyaobuyaode! You can just call me Namoshuai.”

Mikoruru froze for a moment. “Are you sure you’re not messing with me? Giving a fake name?”

Qiweiya chuckled. “Of course! As the Goddess of Ice and Snow is my witness, that is indeed my name!” ‘How shameless~ certifying herself.’

Seeing her insistence, Mikoruru didn’t doubt her further. “Very well, no more idle chatter! Let’s fight!”
