As Ruka sister brought the dish to her mouth, she happily swayed her chopsticks.
“Ruka sister… the fish cake in your mouth should be savory, right?” Colt quipped at Ruka sister, who seemed a little silly at that moment. ‘Wouldn’t talking about desserts during lunch make one feel full?’
On the rooftop of the school building, Colt, Leidi, and Ruka sister, once again ignoring the sign emblazoned with [No Entry], treated the space as their personal cafeteria.

Leidi, having already finished his meal, sat quietly by the side, sipping his tea. Despite the gentle expression on his face, his words were surprisingly sharp.

Ruka sister placed her chopsticks back into her bento box, carefully closing the lid.

‘Did talking about “intuition” naturally remind her of Brother Mingdao? It seems Ruka sister might have really been tricked badly by Brother Mingdao in the past.’

Looking back at Ruka sister, Colt saw a blush creeping across her face, confirming her suspicion.

“…” Colt watched silently, saying nothing.
“…” Leidi watched silently, saying nothing.
Ruka sister, cradling her flushed cheeks, had already fallen into a lovesick daze.
‘Just moments ago, it was a question: “Will he bring it back?” Now, it was a certainty: “How big will he bring back?”’
‘Colt wondered what would happen if Brother Mingdao, far away, failed to bring back any diamonds.’
