A Sweet and Shameful Predicament

Chapter 57792 words7 min read

Despite their many previous kisses, Daphne still hadn’t grown accustomed to such intimacy.

No matter how she tried to retract her tongue, Edith would swiftly capture it. With practiced ease, Edith would then seductively entangle it.

After that, the half-blood maiden found herself with no room left for resistance. Her mind went blank, unable to think, and her tender, tingling body was left entirely to Edith’s whims.

With several consecutive deep kisses, Edith rendered Daphne a soft, pliant mess. She slowly began to peel away Daphne’s intricate, full-length dress.

“You almost died, you know,” Edith murmured. “If you had, we wouldn’t be able to kiss, my little darling. Nor would we have the chance to go further.”

Ugh… no… you can’t...” Daphne could only manage to pant, instinctively resisting despite her weakened state.

Edith’s expression soured with displeasure.

“You are not allowed to say no to me.”

She pressed Daphne’s hands down once more, leaning in to kiss her again with the fierce intensity of a predator claiming its prey.

There was no sweetness or tenderness now, only pure aggression and demand. Tears welled in the half-blood maiden’s emerald eyes, and her gaze gradually unfocused and lost itself in the depths of the kiss.

Only when Daphne’s limbs were completely limp, and her small feet, clad in white stockings, ceased to struggle, did Edith finally release her lips.

Daphne, pinned beneath her, merely gasped for air, much like a fish returned to water after being stranded for too long, desperately yearning for the fresh air she had been deprived of.

Edith ultimately removed Daphne’s dress completely. The snow-white silk lay scattered beneath them, adorning the half-blood maiden’s delicate and alluring form alongside her shimmering silver hair.

Her skin, like snow, was finer and softer than the most expensive silk, glowing with a faint, crystalline luster even in the dim room. Her taut, flat stomach was utterly flawless, exquisite as jade—a perfect sculpture.

Though she had witnessed it before, Edith couldn’t help but pause each time to admire this artistic masterpiece. The adjective ‘beautiful’ was indisputably made for the maiden.

The white silk stockings were as thin as cicada wings, offering almost no concealment.

“I was a little confused last time,” Edith mused, straddling Daphne’s thighs. “What exactly is this? Here, of all places? And how did it get there?”

Edith chuckled softly, then asked, “My little darling, let me see, may I?”

Daphne, who had been dazed moments ago, instantly sobered. Her small face flushed crimson, and she shook her head frantically.

“No! Absolutely not! You can’t!”

Knowing this day would eventually come, she hadn’t expected it so soon. Despair washed over Daphne.

‘I’ll be seen as a pervert. Definitely. It’s too shameful, too humiliating.’

“I told you,” Edith reminded her, “you are not allowed to say no to me.”

Once more, she leaned down and bit Daphne’s lips. Her soft golden curls cascaded like waves along her shoulders and onto Daphne’s body, and the sweet scent of tulips dissolved Daphne’s last coherent thoughts.

“From now on, every time you contradict me, I’ll kiss you like this once. I’ll turn you into a little fool who only begs me for kisses,” Edith threatened, briefly breaking the kiss before resuming it deeply.

Daphne, almost entirely unconscious, had no defenses left.

Edith paused for a moment before letting go. She stopped kissing and sat up.

“No… no way? It’s actually…” Realization dawned on Edith, and her cheeks flushed crimson.

By the sliver of moonlight filtering through the curtains, Edith leaned in, carefully observing the faintly luminous, dreamlike gem.

“Not yet, Sister Edith? It’s too embarrassing… I…” Daphne stood tall by the window. Forbidden to cover her body with her hands, she could only hide her burning red face. “Waaah… this is so humiliating…”

“What’s there to be embarrassed about? Isn’t it adorable?” Edith gave a mischievous smile, then blew a soft breath, causing Daphne to shiver. “You even said it’s a magic item, something you didn’t put on yourself, didn’t you?”

Ugh…” Daphne couldn’t bring herself to meet Edith’s gaze, her face flushed as she glanced away.

“I have an idea. Stay right there, don’t move.” Edith’s eyes lit up. She left Daphne in place and turned to rummage through a small cabinet by the bedside.

Daphne had a bad feeling, yet she couldn’t defy Edith’s command. She could only stand obediently and wait.

The crisp sound of bells announced Edith’s return to Daphne, holding a white ribbon. Daphne clearly saw two small silver bells dangling from each end of the ribbon.

“Wh-what do you mean?” Daphne was on the verge of tears.

“Why, to tie a bow, of course.” Edith tilted her head slightly, her smile incredibly sweet in the moonlight.
