“W-well, I knew that Mama Toka is Korean, so I thought it would be nice if we could converse in Korean…”
Setting aside the fact that she could speak Korean in the first place, it wasn’t exactly a lie to say that I thought it
would be nice to converse with Mama Toka in Korean.
Since I had a kind of awe for Mama Toka, who enjoys painting.
If we actually had a conversation, I thought it would be nice to do it comfortably in Korean!
Well, I never imagined that Mama Toka would be my mom’s close younger sister.
“Anyway, since it’s getting late, I’ll turn off the broadcast and head to bed. Izumi is still a student, so I don’t want her to stay up late, and I have to go out for work again tomorrow.”
“Then, um, goodnight everyone…”

ᄋᄋ: Mei-chan’s enemy is Mei-chan.
Loo: Mei-chan is the enemy of her own. ᄃᄃ
Suzuha: The term rebellious period originally comes from Japan.
Loo: ᄏᄏᄏᄏᄏ You’re insane.
Maker: A JK’s heart changes in an instant.

The opposite of the avatar is the receiver: Can a person be this cute???
Atmosphere maker: Are you saying this to propose to me?
Loo: What are you saying? You’re talking to me.
Maker: I’m sorry for both of you, but she’s already lying next to me.
ᄋᄋ: Why is my Korean not cute like this?
└Nyan Aunt: W-well, maybe you should look in the mirror first…
Loo: You little brat.
Don’t lie: Can I also speak like that awkwardly and debut as a virtual YouTuber?
Loo: It’s cute because someone like Izumi is saying it; if you say it, there’s a problem with your head.
ᄂDon’t lie: Why are you picking a fight? Damn???
Right after finishing the broadcast, Aunt Shia turned her chair to face me and said,
“By the way, Izumi… no, Mina. I have something I’m curious about, so can I ask you?”
“Ah, yes. It’s, um, okay.”
“Hmm. I watched Mina’s broadcast, and you said you wanted to do a drawing broadcast, right?”
“….”
“Could you show me once? Since I’m quite a famous illustrator, I get interested when people say they draw…”
“Ah, I understand…”
At Aunt’s request, I entered the drawing folder on the computer and opened the fan art file of ‘Charlotte,’ the
undeniable and unique mistress of ‘Uncle’ that I had drawn most recently.
Luna and Serina, they are just mistresses who can’t even match the charm that Charlotte shows.
Charlotte, who first appeared in Uncle and built the most connections with Uncle Sato, has no other mistress…!
Of course, I don’t dislike Luna or Serina.
They are also proper characters from Uncle and heroines, so how could I dislike them?
However, these days, if you go to Uncle’s fan community, there’s been an increasing number of newcomers
arrogantly claiming that Luna or Serina is the main mistress.
Honestly, every time I see posts like that, as an old fan who has followed the original serialization of Uncle since
episode one, I want to give them a piece of my mind. But because of the influx of arrogant newcomers due to the
anime’s success, I’ve been holding back, fearing a backlash.
It’s definitely not because I’m scared to post in the community…
It doesn’t matter what others think when they read my posts, right?
…I-I really mean that.
“…Isn’t that Charlotte from the dark Uncle survival story?”
“Y-yeah… yes.”
“Wow, I’m not just saying this; you really drew it well.”
“E-ehehe… r-really?”
“Yeah. You could start working professionally right away without any issues!”
“H-hehe…”
The top in the industry, and the illustrator I like the most, complimented my drawing.
It was impossible to hold back my smile.
“Mina, do you want to be an illustrator by any chance?”
“Ah, n-no, not really.”
I shook my head immediately at Aunt Shia’s question.
For me, drawing is just a hobby that I enjoy.
And it’s a well-known fact that most people lose the joy of their hobbies the moment they become a job.
So, no matter what, I had no intention of making drawing my profession.
Even the thought of wanting to do a drawing broadcast was just a way of saying, “I have this hobby.”
“For me, drawing is a hobby that helps me relieve stress, more or less…”
“I see. That’s a bit disappointing. So, do you remember what made you start drawing?”
What got me into drawing?
“Uh, umm….”
What was the reason I started drawing?
I liked drawing even in my previous life, but since I liked drawing before recalling my past life memories, it’s not influenced by it.
It feels like I just started drawing at some point…
“I-I’m sorry. I don’t really know the reason…”
“Really? Don’t you have any memories, like someone recommending it to you in the past?”
“Ehhh….”
“There has to be something! Try to remember well!”
It’s a pity for Aunt Shia, but truly, no memories came to mind.
However, I could pick up on some hints.
I am the ultra-hyper-super Kayano Mina, who has evolved to the next dimension after breaking through the
Purgatory of Arcana Shooter…
So, people want to see my drawings.
When I said I had no intention of becoming an illustrator, she expressed disappointment.
Seeing her obsessing over the idea of me remembering the reason I started drawing…
Perhaps the reason I started drawing is related to Aunt Shia.
In the earliest memory that comes to mind, I was drawing, and the last time Aunt Shia saw me was when I was
almost 5 years old, with barely any memories of that time.
Moreover, I had liked the illustrations of an illustrator named ‘Yukino Toka’ since childhood, and every time I saw
them, I felt a sense of familiarity.
In other words, I must have developed an interest in drawing when I met Aunt Shia once before I turned 5.
What a logical deduction this is.
“W-wait, did you teach me how to draw…?”
“Ah, uh…”
At my question, Aunt Shia looked surprised and stared at me with wide eyes.
However, the corners of her mouth, which began to rise in a smile, couldn’t be hidden, and soon she covered her
mouth with her hand, looking pleased and lightly tapping her foot.
“Ah, well, it’s not exactly that I taught you…”
Aunt Shia began to slowly share stories from the past, saying that it was embarrassing to talk about.
“Once, Sunah unnie brought you to Korea…”
Shia wanted to draw since she was young, but due to practical issues, she couldn’t formally learn drawing.
However, despite the circumstances, she drew whenever she could and posted her art on social media. It was Sunah
who came all the way to Korea after seeing her work, encouraging her to start drawing properly by offering support.
In her first year of middle school, Shia met the benefactor she wanted to be with for life.
Coincidentally, their names were similar, leading Shia to believe this meeting was truly destined.
Thus, even to this day, whenever Sunah asks her to do something for the company she is associated with, Shia has
taken on commissions without hesitation, no matter how busy she is.
After all, it’s a bond that has continued since middle school.
Sunah even had a daughter, Jia, who is only five years younger than Shia, and Jia further strengthened the bond
between Sunah and Shia.
Despite living far apart in Korea and Japan, they became like sisters, chatting almost daily through DMs and phone calls.
After receiving Sunah’s help for over a year, Sunah gave birth to her second daughter, Mina.
Although Shia felt bad that she couldn’t visit right away due to her studies, she headed to Japan as soon as summer
vacation began.
And there, she met a cute angel.
So cute that she felt a desire to protect her for life.
Since then, every vacation, Shia visited Japan.
Although she managed to save some money through commissions, Sunah always supported her with the flight costs,
saying she would take care of everything.
Shia’s parents understood how much Sunah meant to her, so they didn’t oppose her trips to Japan.
When in Japan, Shia spent her time playing with Jia and taking care of Mina. Once they fell asleep in the evening,
she would draw.
There were times when she felt tired, but for Shia, those were unforgettable and joyful memories.
And five years passed.
