Chapter 69 Part 5: You Are So Persistent

On the way back to the unidentified building.

Shine and I boarded the large helicopter and were plagued by Jin’s continued questions.

Shine, who was in a blanket and holding my hand tightly, closed her eyes.

A faint distortion was visible on her sleeping face.

It seemed that she had received considerable shock today.

The aircraft floating in the air shook, showing the blue sky.

A sealed interior where not a single breath of wind came in.

A warm breeze swept through, warming up my skin that had been cooling down.

I touched my slightly flushed cheek and sighed.

With that, I went into the blanket.

I ignored him and laid down, pulling the blanket up.

They looked too old.

I answered, spreading my arms wide.

Amy’s face turned sad at my words.

I scratched my cheek and opened my mouth again.

I nodded and thought.

I had never been to an amusement park like a theme park.

I couldn’t meet many people, but the memories I had with Amy, Shine, and Rain were very enjoyable.

I said and turned to Shine.

Shine, who had been standing there blankly, nodded and opened her mouth to answer.

Amy started to cry at our two answers.

But her face was smiling.

As I stood there with a bewildered expression, Amy quickly ran over.

She hugged Shine and me, making it hard to breathe.

Jin’s voice could be heard from behind Amy.

However, Amy firmly rejected Jin’s words.

“You’re too persistent.”

At that moment, Shine, who was in Amy’s arms next to me, muttered softly.

I turned my head and tried to look at Shine.

Maybe it was because we had been together for so long.

I could read the emotions in Shine’s voice to some extent.

Amy laughed vigorously and lifted me and Shine up.

Shine didn’t answer my question for a while.

When the warm heat slowly made me feel drowsy, Shine answered.

“Yeah, it was really cool.”

Shine’s voice had sunk a little seriously.

Her gaze was directed at me.

I avoided her gaze and lowered my head.

My flushed face was clearly caused by the water filling the bathtub.

After drying my hair and wiping all the moisture off my body, we took out our large dinosaur pajamas and put them on.

Shine, who was sitting on the bed, began to yawn lazily.

The large dinosaur head covering her head fell backwards due to her yawn.

Shine, who had been yawning several times, soon fell onto the bed with a groan.

Looking at her closed eyes, it seemed that she couldn’t withstand the approaching water.

I also laid down next to her and closed my eyes.

“Are you going to sleep?”

“Yes…”

“What about dinner?”

I thought as I slightly opened my eyes at Amy’s words.

However, sleep came first.

I answered while tightly pulling on the dinosaur head hood.

“I’m sleepy…”

At my answer, I heard Amy’s small laugh.

The lights turned off with a faint sound.

A soft darkness descended on the room.
