The Headmistress’s office was on the fourth floor, two levels lower than Aileen’s home, but it boasted an elevator.
Inside, only when the elevator began its ascent and reached its destination did a subtle tremor pass through their chests.
Much like the girls’ own emotions, a heightened sense of unease and tension invariably accompanied their first step into the elevator and its eventual arrival.
“Calm down,” Aileen murmured, soothingly stroking Xi Yao’s small hand. “This is all or nothing; there’s no need to be so nervous.”
Clearly, Aileen herself was a little tense, her words a muddled inversion of logic.
Xi Yao paid no mind to what she said, finding a measure of calm as she stroked Aileen’s soft hand.
“Let’s go in.”
Aileen raised her hand and knocked on the door.
Dong dong dong.
Xi Yao glanced up at the camera above the door, realizing the acting Headmistress inside the office must have already seen them.
Sure enough, a moment later, the door clicked open. Aileen gave Xi Yao a quick look, then stepped inside first.
Xi Yao followed closely behind.
“Good afternoon, Headmistress. Thank you for taking the time to see us amidst your busy schedule,” Aileen greeted first.
In the spacious yet understated office, a graceful young woman behind the desk lifted her gaze.
Xi Yao instinctively held her breath.
‘What a beautiful woman!’
Though also an older sister type, the Headmistress was several years older than Jiang Wan, exuding a more mature charm.
Beneath her cascades of dark green hair, a pair of rose-tinted eyes seemed capable of captivating souls.
Her white shirt stretched tautly across a truly magnificent bosom, a formidable expanse that seemed capable of rivaling a nation itself.
What was even more striking was that these magnificent peaks weren’t defying gravity, nor were they resting impolitely on the desk as Xi Yao’s often did.
Instead, a pair of hands held them aloft, like a goddess’s devoted attendants.
‘Hmm?’
Xi Yao rubbed her eyes and looked closer, realizing there was a hands-shaped ornament—or rather, a support stand—on the desk, holding up the Headmistress’s ample bosom, sparing her delicate shoulders the strain.
‘Well, I’ll be! What a trick; why didn’t I think of that?’
Before coming, Xi Yao had heard Aileen mention that the acting Headmistress’s name was Qin Lu.
Upon hearing it, she’d imagined a beautiful older sister, and now seeing her, it was clear her intuition was correct.
“Good afternoon, both of you.”
Qin Lu’s voice, like her name, was as gentle as water, full of captivating charm.
With a hint of light lip gloss, her luscious cherry lips uttered words that stirred a subtle flutter in the listener’s heart.
‘Or perhaps A’Yao is just too lecherous; others wouldn’t feel that way.’
The older woman lifted her gaze, her rose-tinted eyes first falling upon Aileen.
“I’ve heard of you, Aileen, the famous permanent secretary-general, an indispensable figure in the student union.”
“You flatter me,” Aileen replied, giving a slight nod. “My peers are kind, but much of that is mere exaggeration.”
Qin Lu paid no mind, her moist gaze now settling on Xi Yao.
“Xi Yao, you’ve certainly become a prominent figure recently—excellent in studies, wonderful personality, and very dependable.”
“Oh, hardly,” Xi Yao said with a charming, innocent smile, feigning modesty. “I’m only moderately wonderful.”
She felt this Headmistress was truly wonderful—so gentle and friendly.
Their plan was surely going to succeed.
Aileen, however, felt a growing sense of unease. She bit her lip, her gaze fixed on the floor, her long lashes concealing the anxiety in her eyes.
‘Damn it, this woman is a master manipulator!’
The student union secretary-general and the most reputable candidate for student council president had rushed to see her right after school, skipping dinner and hungry, clearly with something important to discuss.
Yet, Qin Lu not only avoided the topic but showered them with praise first.
By appearing so friendly, when she eventually refused them, the rejected parties wouldn’t feel much resentment.
Instead, they would likely think, ‘If someone as kind as Sister Qin Lu says no, then perhaps my request was truly too excessive?’
‘Look, the naive, white-haired, big-chested girl next to me is already falling for it.’
Aileen wouldn’t make a hasty judgment based on a simple opening, of course.
Her main concern stemmed from the ornament on the desk that supported Qin Lu’s ample bosom… Yes, she was looking at the exact same spot as Xi Yao.
While Xi Yao had seen naughtiness and convenience, Aileen had discerned something deeper: displaying such an item on her desk and using it openly, oblivious to others, indicated a complete disregard for external opinions and gossip.
In other words, she wouldn’t care if the student council president’s position was ‘bought’; if problems arose, she’d simply impeach them.
Many thoughts flashed through Aileen’s mind. Because she kept her gaze fixed on the floor, she failed to notice Qin Lu’s eyes, which remained fixed on Xi Yao.
Had she noticed, she would have found the look familiar—it was the same gaze Qin Lu had when Aileen had hidden in a stall a few days prior, watching Xi Yao in her cheerleader uniform being elementally charged by someone.
“Headmistress sister, you’re so pretty! Have you eaten?”
“Not yet, thank you. You’re very beautiful too.”
“Headmistress sister, your breasts are so big, so magnificent.”
“Thank you. Yours are very large too.”
Xi Yao attempted to get close to Qin Lu, feeling that their conversation was very pleasant and they got along well.
Little did she know, Aileen on the side was already contemplating how to comfort her.
‘We might lose everything, but at least we still have each other… Emmm, that sounds too cheesy. I should probably think of something more subtle.’
‘After all that effort, we still lost. You ungrateful girl, let me recoup some costs with your body… That also doesn’t sound very friendly.’
As Aileen pondered, she suddenly heard Qin Lu say:
“No problem at all. I’d be glad to help.”
‘Huh, what?’
Aileen looked up in bewilderment, seeing the white-haired, big-chested girl happily say, “In that case, we won’t bother you any longer, Sister Qin Lu. Please go eat first; we’re going to eat too. Take care of yourself, and see you next time.”
‘Wait, she actually called her sister!’
‘Showing friendliness was supposed to soften the blow of rejection, wasn’t it? Why…’
Aileen was utterly baffled.
“Alright, see you next time, Xi Yao, and Aileen,” Qin Lu said gently, her rose-tinted eyes narrowing slightly.
Even after exiting the Headmistress’s exclusive office building, Aileen still hadn’t fully recovered her senses.
Xi Yao, however, was overjoyed. “I told you so! Pretty older sisters are obviously good people; see, it worked out… Hey, Aileen, why do you look like that? Aren’t you happy?”
Aileen shook her head. “I just find it very strange. I thought the whole thing was doomed, yet she miraculously agreed.”
“Why would you think it was doomed?” Xi Yao asked, utterly perplexed. “We got along so well; didn’t you hear?”
“It’s precisely because we *seemed* to get along so well that…” Aileen shook her head, unsure how to explain it to her. “The Headmistress suddenly agreeing—I just feel like something’s amiss. She might have ulterior motives.”
Xi Yao pouted slightly. “Oh, come on, Aileen, you’re just being paranoid. What could two poor students like us possibly have that she’d scheme for?”
Aileen’s delicate brows furrowed, yet she couldn’t find a word to refute it.
‘Indeed, what could she possibly want from them?’
“You know, Aileen, even though human hearts are unfathomable and there are many bad people in this world, genuine hearts also exist,” Xi Yao mused as they walked.
Then she suddenly remembered something. “Oh no, I haven’t even told her our plan yet!”
She had merely mentioned that Yun Caiyi had bought off over half the voters, and that to turn the tide, she would need to rouse the students’ collective power.
Qin Lu had then simply said she understood and told her to go home and wait.
“Don’t worry, the Headmistress is far more experienced than us; she’ll know exactly what to do just from hearing that,” Aileen said, completely unconcerned about this particular point.
Xi Yao nodded, recalling the pair of hands holding up the ample bosom on the desk.
‘Indeed, far more experienced.’
“Oh, Aileen, now that we’ve pulled off such a big thing, shouldn’t we have a celebration?”
“How about I use you as my celebration?”
“…Let’s not. The monthly exam is more important.”
“Don’t celebrate too soon. We only have a seventy percent chance of winning right now. You still need to work hard, stir up everyone’s emotions, and if necessary, find a way to arrange a few insiders.”
“I understand, I understand.”
The girls’ figures gradually receded, disappearing completely from the office building’s vicinity.

In the Headmistress’s office, Qin Lu opened her laptop, clicked a few times, and as she looked at the student information in the database, a captivating smile bloomed on her face.
“Eighteen years old, an adult. Excellent. Now there are no reservations.”
[Name: Xi Yao, Age: 18, Class: Senior High, Arts Stream, Class 2]
She silently downloaded Xi Yao’s photo from the file and saved it to her phone gallery.
Qin Lu’s phone gallery was filled with lewd pictures of white-haired, big-chested anime girls.
Today, she finally had a real person.
