The breathing beside her gradually evened out, suggesting he had fallen asleep.
Bai Jingjing picked up her phone, gently tapping to open her small artist group chat.
[ @Xiaobai, Mrs. Bai, have you seen what I gave you? Was it useful? ]
[ Xiaobai: Yes, very useful. I learned a lot, thank you, esteemed seniors. ]
It truly was very useful, and incredibly comfortable.
Whether it was the ‘Tuantuan’ or the ‘Little Tiger’.
[ You learned so quickly, Mrs. Bai is truly gifted. ]
[ Xiaobai: Oh, not at all, it’s just that you esteemed seniors are excellent teachers. ]
After a period of mutual flattery, Bai Jingjing yawned, then put down her phone, preparing for sleep.
Comfortable as it was, even the Little Tiger grew tired.
Zzzz
An early summer morning arrived imperceptibly, just past seven but not yet eight, when the sunlight suddenly pierced through the clouds, ushering in a new day.
Luo Xuan awoke from her dream, briefly opening her eyes before closing them again, letting out a soft sigh.
‘Twenty years of life, like a dream, like an illusion.’
‘A life of twenty years, never having experienced intimacy with another, felt just like a dream. Last night, fast-forwarding directly to the Little Tiger’s intimate bite with the large-chested girl, that too felt like a dream.’
‘If not for the faint scent of coconut milk on her pillow, she might truly have dismissed it as a dream.’
Lazily, Luo Xuan dragged herself out of bed and walked into the living room, only to find that Bai Jingjing had already risen, dressed, and even taken the time to go downstairs and buy breakfast.
“Sister Luo, you’re awake,” Bai Jingjing asked softly, “Would you like soy milk or congee? A meat bun or a vegetable bun?”
Luo Xuan felt a little bewildered.
‘After what we did last night, how can you be up so early and so full of energy? Did I not put even a little ‘lane pressure’ (TL Note: A gaming term, ‘duì xiàn yālì,’ referring to the pressure exerted on an opponent in a direct confrontation, used here humorously to imply physical exertion or exhaustion.) on you?’
‘Why is your Little Tiger so practiced?!’
“Sister Luo?”
“I don’t eat buns, I want mantou!” Luo Xuan huffed, puffing out her cheeks indignantly, “And I want coconut milk flavored ones!”
“…?”
There were no coconut milk ones, so she had to settle for a milky-flavored one.
After breakfast and a quick tidy-up, Luo Xuan drove Bai Jingjing to Xia Chu’s home.
Aiyang Residential District was less than two kilometers from Mingzhu Residential District, but due to morning traffic, it took over half an hour to arrive.
“This is it. Just go up and ring the doorbell. I’ll message her to let her know you’ve arrived.” Luo Xuan parked the car at the district entrance.
“Mn.”
Bai Jingjing alighted from the car, preparing to walk into the residential area. Luo Xuan watched her petite figure, a slight flutter stirring in her heart.
“Bai Jingjing!”
“Hm?” The girl turned back to look at her, “What is it?”
Luo Xuan hesitated, then said, “It’s nothing. You can go up now.”
“…Oh.”
This time, Bai Jingjing truly walked inside, while Luo Xuan remained in the car, taking out her phone to send a message.
[ Eylla: She’s been dropped off. I’ll be up to find you soon. ]
[ Chuxia: Understood. ]
[ Eylla: Also, when this weekend is over, send me a message in advance, and I’ll come pick her up. ]
Xia Chu didn’t reply immediately, seemingly wondering why she would need to pick her up again, but ultimately didn’t ask further.
[ Chuxia: Okay. ]
Aiyang Residential District was unlike Mingzhu Residential District; its buildings were generally lower, and it featured several detached apartments, one of which housed Sister Luo’s best friend.
Therefore, there was no need to worry about knocking on the wrong door.
It was mid-morning, the weather not yet hot, and several aunties and older women sat on chairs within the district, leisurely sipping tea and chatting.
The moment Bai Jingjing entered, they noticed her.
“Look at that young girl. She must be from outside.”
“Definitely from outside. She’s so pretty; if she lived here, I couldn’t possibly not have seen her before.”
“Young girls these days are so well-nourished; their chests are so big.”
“Wait, the direction she’s going… Is she going to that building?”
“Is she looking for Xiao Xia?”
Seeing the direction Bai Jingjing was heading, the aunties in the residential district were somewhat surprised.
****
Ding-dong~
Bai Jingjing pressed the doorbell and waited briefly at the door. In less than half a minute, the electronic lock clicked open, and the door swung inward.
Upon seeing the slender figure behind the door, Bai Jingjing’s little heart gave a flutter.
‘So big!’
While she had seen her in photos, pictures could only convey her beauty. It was only by standing before her, witnessing the elder sister’s exquisitely curvaceous figure up close, and the astonishing curve of her chest, that one could truly feel such a unique visual impact.
“Hello, Sister Xia,” the girl said softly, “My name is Bai Jingjing. Sister Luo should have mentioned me.”
“Mn.”
Xia Chu responded casually, her indifferent voice slightly hoarse; it had been a long time since she had spoken to anyone.
Standing prettily at her doorstep was a cute girl, with a delicate, adorable young face, a petite figure, yet an astonishing pair of ‘Tuantuan’, and a pair of ivory-white, jade-like slender legs beneath white hotpants.
Xia Chu recalled the requirements she had initially given Luo Xuan: “good looks, fair skin, large breasts, long legs, slender waist.” Looking at the bright-eyed, white-haired, red-eyed beauty standing before her, she perfectly met all the criteria.
She had truly found her, and in just a few days.
Xia Chu stepped aside, offering an opening, “Come in.”
“Should I change my shoes?” Bai Jingjing asked.
“…Yes.”
Xia Chu turned back, finding a pair of unopened small women’s slippers. Bai Jingjing stood obediently at the doorway, waiting, then swapped her white sneakers for the slippers before finally stepping into Xia Chu’s home.
“You can sit on the sofa, or a chair. Your room isn’t ready yet.” Xia Chu filled a cup with hot water from the dispenser and placed it on the table.
‘Huh, are girlfriends supposed to sleep in separate rooms?’
Bai Jingjing blinked her eyes in confusion. Last night, when Sister Luo was ‘teaching’ her, they had always slept together.
‘Emmmm, perhaps it varies from person to person.’
‘Jingjing didn’t quite understand, but Jingjing wouldn’t ask.’
Xia Chu returned to her computer, looking at the obedient girl sitting on the sofa, a headache suddenly brewing.
“I don’t know what you plan to do, but let me be clear: you don’t need to do anything with me, and don’t come too close to me. Especially when I’m busy, whether working, browsing the internet, or playing games, do not disturb me,” she stated coldly. “As for what you choose to do, that’s up to you.”
‘Hmm, was that a bit too harsh?’
The moment the words left her mouth, Xia Chu felt a pang of regret. This girl was here to be her girlfriend, albeit temporarily, but… she seemed so well-behaved.
‘But what’s said is said…’
“Okay,” Bai Jingjing asked softly, “What would you like for lunch?”
Xia Chu paused, slightly taken aback, “What?”
Bai Jingjing pointed at her phone, saying, “It’s already past ten. If I’m going to buy groceries, I need to go now, so… what would you like for lunch?”
‘Groceries, lunch… Does that mean she’s going to cook for me?’
Xia Chu was somewhat startled, unable to process it immediately.
‘What to eat for lunch’ was a somewhat luxurious question. Xia Chu only knew which nearby takeaways were terrible and which were barely edible. Every day, her meals were simply a matter of “can I eat this?” never “do I want to eat this?”
“I… I don’t know,” she mumbled, turning her head back to her computer, a hint of embarrassment coloring her tone, “You decide.”
