First, I’ll Collect Some Interest

Chapter 8 • 1,338 words • 12 min read

When Su Nanxing woke in the early morning, he found himself completely melded into Gu Yanzhou’s body.

His back pressed tightly against Gu Yanzhou’s chest.

His legs were slightly bent and crossed, entangled by another pair of legs, clamped down firmly.

The sensation of something foreign between his thighs was overwhelming.

It was an extremely humiliating posture.

Su Nanxing struggled, trying to shift away.

With no fabric between them, he could clearly feel the rapid changes in Gu Yanzhou’s body.

A deep voice rumbled from behind him. “Don’t move.”

Humiliated and angry, Su Nanxing wanted to escape, but the leg pressed down even harder.

A sudden bite on his neck made Su Nanxing cry out in pain.

His voice and pleas only fueled the quick surge of arousal.

The sticky sweat and fluids made his legs feel terribly uncomfortable.

Gu Yanzhou considerately bathed him and changed the sheets.

Just as Su Nanxing stepped into the living room, a soft knock sounded at the door.

He walked over slowly and opened it.

Seeing A-Kai, he gave only a faint glance, his tone distant and casual. “Come in.”

With that, he turned around, leaving A-Kai with a slender back.

As he turned, A-Kai’s gaze inadvertently swept over Su Nanxing’s loose pajama collar, which hung slightly open, revealing several clear red bite marks on his neck.

The marks were deep, unmistakably left from morning activities.

A-Kai’s heart skipped a beat.

‘The boss really goes hard.’

Such a domineering and jealous boss—he wouldn’t dare provoke him now.

He just wanted to finish his errand and leave.

Su Nanxing walked straight to the sofa and sat down.

When he looked up, he saw A-Kai still frozen at the entrance, breakfast in hand, not daring to step inside.

He suddenly arched his brow, deliberately drawling in a soft, prolonged tone, and for the first time called out, “Brother Kai, what are you standing there for? Come in.”

From the bedroom, Gu Yanzhou, who had just finished making the bed, heard the commotion in the living room and walked out with a calm expression.

A-Kai immediately stiffened his back, all trace of expression fading from his face as he respectfully said, “President Gu, I brought breakfast.”

Su Nanxing watched his wary demeanor, a playful smile curling inside him, but on the surface he acted warmly, chatting with a laugh.

“Brother Kai, I know you’re here to deliver breakfast. Come eat with us.”

“These past days, thanks to you keeping me company, I’ve actually enjoyed my meals.”

These words made A-Kai’s heart tighten, sending a chill up his scalp.

He had come every day, but only stood guard outside the apartment—zero conversation beyond the necessary.

Where was this brotherly bond?

Su Nanxing was clearly messing with him!

Usually, Su Nanxing either called him “A-Kai” when in a good mood or “Gate God” when angry.

Never such an intimate address.

This deliberate friendliness was obviously setting a trap.

A-Kai’s face turned pale.

He looked frantically at Gu Yanzhou, his eyes filled with silent pleas for vindication, wishing he could wave his hands and deny everything.

‘I swear! I’m not close with him at all!’

Gu Yanzhou watched Su Nanxing’s feigned innocence and sneered inwardly.

He knew this person well.

Seemingly docile, but actually full of rebellion.

Every word carried an ulterior motive—clearly a roundabout complaint about how rarely he came to Jiangcheng, hinting at his loneliness, wanting him to stay.

Gu Yanzhou remained impassive, his tone flat as he said, “Put the breakfast on the table.”

A-Kai felt like he had been granted amnesty.

He quickly placed the breakfast on the dining table, not daring to stay a moment longer, and hurried out, considerately closing the door behind him, fleeing the undercurrents of tension.

Gu Yanzhou ladled a bowl of shredded pork congee and brought it to him.

Su Nanxing frowned.

He had been drinking congee for four or five consecutive days now.

He was really sick of it.

Usually, he endured it, listlessly eating a few bites.

But today, he really couldn’t stomach it.

In truth, he wasn’t that picky.

In the Su family, being able to fill his stomach, keep warm, and grow up safely was already a blessing.

Gu Yanzhou glanced at the man whose brows were tightly knit, brought the spoon to his lips, and said gently, “Be good. Open up.”

Su Nanxing obediently drank the congee at his lips.

The light fragrance of congee entered his mouth, carrying a sweetness he hadn’t tasted before.

It didn’t seem bad anymore.

Soon, the bowl was empty.

When A-Kai came in to clear the dishes, he could hardly believe it.

The congee that Su Nanxing usually despised—had he actually finished it all so cleanly?

Had the hotel changed chefs today?

Made something to Su Nanxing’s taste?

As it turned out, it wasn’t just that morning’s congee that was better.

Even lunch and dinner had become more palatable.

Su Nanxing not only didn’t complain about the food being pig slop, but he also cleaned his plate.

After clearing the dishes, A-Kai came back to remind Gu Yanzhou, who was working on his laptop. “President Gu, your eight o’clock flight back to the capital?”

The man lying on Gu Yanzhou’s lap suddenly sat up. “You’re going back to the capital tonight?”

A-Kai tactfully withdrew.

Gu Yanzhou set down his work, pulled Su Nanxing onto his lap, pinched his chin, and gave him a fierce kiss.

“Mm, I have to go back.”

His tone was firm, leaving no room for negotiation.

Su Nanxing understood that the president of Hengrui Group, with a thousand matters to handle, had already granted a great favor by visiting him in Jiangcheng.

But still, he couldn’t help feeling unhappy.

Gu Yanzhou noticed his displeasure, stroked his soft hair, and said, “I’ll come see you again in a couple of days.”

Su Nanxing’s brows lifted boldly, his entire demeanor now seductive and alluring, exuding an enchanting charm—just like the captivating demon he had been when they first met at the banquet.

His sensual lips parted. “Gu Yanzhou, do you want to sleep with me?”

Gu Yanzhou’s Adam’s apple bobbed. “Are you tempting me?”

Su Nanxing’s slender fingers covered his lips. “Gu Yanzhou, I want to go to the capital. If you agree, I’ll sleep with you.”

Gu Yanzhou was a little surprised, because the words rather spoiled the mood.

“Is that a condition?”

“No, it’s an opportunity. Don’t you want it?”

Gu Yanzhou indeed wanted it, but he didn’t have spare time to fly between cities like this.

“Then tell me, what will you do in the capital?”

“The capital. The Su family branch. I want to go there.”

Su Nanxing wanted to leave.

Leave this place, leave the cold Su family.

Maybe there he would find some warmth of his own.

Of course, he had more important things to do.

He had to leave, go to the capital.

Going to the capital was as difficult as climbing the sky for Su Nanxing.

But for Gu Yanzhou, it was as easy as turning his hand.

Gu Yanzhou pinched his chin and asked, “Will you behave?”

“I’ll be very good. I won’t cause you any trouble.”

Su Nanxing bent down and kissed his lips.

Gu Yanzhou caught the hand that was frantically unbuttoning his shirt, leaned close to his ear, and murmured, “No need to offer yourself so eagerly. Get well first. I’ll wait for you in the capital.”

Su Nanxing’s heart leaped with joy.

The seductive look in his eyes vanished, replaced by the pure innocence of a young man.

Gu Yanzhou was slightly surprised.

He couldn’t fathom how such contrasting traits—bewitching charm and pristine clarity—could coexist in one person, and even switch seamlessly.

“Really?” Su Nanxing blinked his star-bright eyes, disbelief evident.

“Really. But…”

Gu Yanzhou pulled him closer, pressing against his body.

A certain fire had already ignited.

“Today, I want to collect some interest…”

Su Nanxing looked puzzled, not understanding what interest he meant.
