Why is chapter 28 not locked but 19-27 are locked? And if they are locked why release it on NU?

The story is fairly fun, with a massively overpowered MC who can dodge blasts from dragons with ease but can’t dodge a pillow thrown by a beautiful girl. He can heal most wounds but can’t handle a face sore from a beautiful girl’s slap. He can take on foes many times his size, but a beautiful loli an entire foot shorter than him can drag him helplessly wherever she wants. You get the idea.

On the plus side, the girls have plenty of charms and it’s easy to root for them, there is currently STILL no Secret Sinister Society of Sociopaths(TM) who want to end the world for vague reasons, and the MC has STILL not used his isekai knowledge to create mayonnaise, soy sauce, or the steam engine, nor has he become a leveling up junkie diving into dungeons every waking moment.

On the negative side, ALL names are subject to change per chapter (even the MC has been called “Sion”, “Shion”, and “Zion”) and every time the harem grows each girl gets less screentime.
