Daon’s Crossroads

“What kind of family are you from that you can’t even afford school lunch fees?”

After transferring schools as if running away from a certain incident, Giro becomes disgusted watching a bullied outcast in his class suffer at the hands of the school delinquents. Yet for some reason, he finds himself repeatedly picking on that same outcast, Daon.

Then, after unintentionally meeting him again, Giro misunderstands Daon’s intentions and ends up hurting him deeply.

“I-I was wr-wrong. I really… really didn’t mean to hurt you, G-Giro. It’s just… I wasn’t h-honest with myself. So…”

But as Giro comes to see just how pure and innocent Daon truly is, he slowly begins to open his heart to him. Before long, he realizes that what he feels for Daon is far more than simple friendship.
